The beach and ocean is your backyard! This two story vacation beach house is our second home, so you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing getaway in a quiet beachside community.
You’ll have direct access to the ocean and the most beautiful sandy beaches on the East Coast. There are no streets or busy highways to cross to get to the beach, it’s just steps from your front door.
Relax and enjoy the great Florida sunshine and ocean view from our 20'x 25' private deck that’s complete with outdoor lounge chairs and dinning table and chairs.
Swim in the large sparkling pool or splash in separate kiddy pool.
You’ll have big screen cable TV/DVD to enjoy or play Foosball in the large family room.
The upstairs master bedroom is spacious with a comfy king bed, private full bath, cable TV/DVD. Second bedroom has queen bed, cable TV/DVD. The third bedroom has two twin beds and cable TV. Also upstairs is the second full bath and separate area that has washer & dryer. Downstairs family room has queen sleeper sofa.
You’ll also find our beach vacation home is conveniently located in New Smyrna Beach on AIA. You can walk to “27th Avenue Park” for handball/Racquetball, "Manny's" family restaurant or the popular "Chase's on the Beach" restaurant and bar. Take a short drive to quaint shops, fishing docs, picnic areas, basketball and tennis courts. Daytona Beach, Historic St. Augustine, Canaveral National Seashore, Kennedy Space Center, and Orlando area attractions all nearby.

We stayed at this property this Summer and were blown away when we arrived. Everything truly is provided. The house was very clean and comfortable. We all loved the upstairs deck. It's so nice to sit out there at night and relax. Like the description says, the beach is your backyard. We also liked the fact that you can swim in the condo's pool. The location of this property is great. There are stores and restaurants within 5 minutes. Flagler Avenue is probably 10 minutes away. I recommend renting the adjoining studio apartment if you've got a large family like we do. Overall, I highly recommend this property. Thanks Vince. We're already planning next year's vacation.
