This home is beautifully and tastefully decorated, luxury, three bedrooms; one with a King size bed, 2 with Queen beds. Master bedroom has attached bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished. Television in all rooms, in living room VCR. The kitchen is equipped with a range, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, silverware. In all rooms air conditioning or heat as needed plus ceiling fans. The closets are filled with sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. There are two telephones and an alarm system. Also a garden with sprinkler system. The house is located directly in front of the Golf course. Golf views from all main living areas. A large, screened porch for outside dining.
The neighborhood is quiet and private, yet close to Club -Med, 5 golf courses within walking distance, the beach ,10 minutes away. There are 3 huge beaches in this area. The Treasure Coast Mall is less than 3 miles away, and there are many restaurants to choose from and night life. Fishing, boating, golfing, just to mention a few activities here in this beautiful area of Florida.
Please No Smoking inside house. Ashtrays are provided in outside screen room for you and your guests. If needed, there can be a baby crib arranged for your stay along with a car seat for up to 40 pounds. We allow (1) one small, non-shedding dog. If you choose to bring your pet, a cleaning service will be provided on Wednesdays for a fee of $15/hr.
