Perfect for lots of outdoor activities and ideally located for afternoon sunsets you will not soon forget. Just five steps off the deck and you walk a gentle slope through the grassy yard to the waters edge. With a private dock on the property you can ski, fish, swim or even feed the ducks. Grill right out the back door over looking the water. Just seven minutes from Cedar Park. Saturdays you can catch the Hill Country Flyer from Cedar Park for a steam train ride through the beautiful Hill Country of Texas.
Drive to Austin in twenty minutes for night life on 6th Street or a relaxing day at the Bob Bullock Museum and Capital Building. Plenty of water, lots of fun and endless local attractions.
