  This past summer was our 6th summer going to Seagrove. It is our family's favorite beach! We will return again this summer, too. We always stay in this unit - it's so comfortable with the best view.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This was a great property right on the beach as advertised and I would definitely recommend it to others. We have visited the 30A area many times over the last 30 years, but had not been since Hurricane Ivan in 2004. (We should have learned our lesson then!) We decided that we while we will definitely return, it will not be in late August or September! (Our last 3 trips have included a tropical storm and 2 hurricanes!) We enjoyed seeing many of our favorite places in Destin, Seaside and Grayton (must try the Red Bar and Thirty-A Cafe). We were a little disappointed that they didn't have a grill for cooking fresh fish we caught on a deep-sea fishing trip, but when I read the fine print in the lease it did state that there was no grilling allowed. Still, we will be back-just plan to make it in may or June!

  OMG!!! The view was AWESOME from both porches! And such easy access to the beach! Just a few steps and your feet were in the sand! Perfect location and so quiet! Townhouse was very well furnished and comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again! Ours was a last-minute reservation and owner was very helpful getting it all arranged!

  Our family stayed in this condo in August of 2011. We are from Oklahoma City, and this was the best family vacation we have had to date.....16 hour drive included! My kids are 7 and 9 and they were in heaven being able to get up every morning and go right down to the beach to play while my husband and I were able to keep an eye on them from our balcony. We will definitely be returning to this condo for future vacations! Don't bring a lot of luggage.....we were in swimsuits and sundresses every day. We rented a kayak to fish out of and it was AWESOME! We saw dolphins every morning from our balcony, and even a couple of rays! Thank you so much for allowing our family to enjoy your townhome. We will be back!

  Just spent a week at the townhome. Wonderful location, balcony is right over the dunes look out to the Gulf. Unit has been undated, and has two full baths upstairs, plus half bath downstairs. Unit is well equipped -- kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Generous supply of towels, with extra linens. Great location, fabulous views all at very reasonable price.

  We loved this location - right on the beach, slightly secluded being next to a state park, in the middle of Rosemary Beach and Seaside, right on the beach, quick access to the grocery store in Watercolor, did I say right on the beach?? We came back this year because for the price and location, we couldn't ask for anything more! very pleased!

  We loved this condo, the view is awesome from both decks. You can stand in the kitchen and look out the french door and see the beautiful gulf water. You can sit listening to the waves hitting the beach. Wait till you see the totally great walk in shower in the master bath. This unit has great washer/dryer set. We had an wonderful time Nov.09. We got to stay for 9 days there. We did get to ride thru tropical storm Ida. We were safe. It was just the two of us. But we would love to visit with our family next year. We appreciate how nice and great the owners are. They care greatly about their condo and it shows with how they take care of it. And it is just steps from the beach. We got lots and lots of wonderful pictures. It is hard to really tell how great the view is. Thanks so much.

  This property has one of the best views of one of the best beaches that i have been to. I like the town of seagrove alot!!!
