DEPOSIT & CLEANING FEE: $250 deposit is required to cover any damage done to the property. There is also a non-refundable cleaning fee of $70. Upon accepting your reservation, we will send you a “payment” request from PayPal and must receive payment confirmation with 24 hours of booking. The deposit is returned within 24 hours of your departure, if the following provisions are met.
• No damage is done to the condo or its contents.
• No linens or household items are missing.
• No early check-in or late checkout unless agreed to in advance.
• Condo has not been smoked in.

HOUSEKEEPING: When you arrive, the home will be clean and set up with linens and as a courtesy we have included the following list of supplies to accommodate the appropriate amount of guests:
• Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, paper towels, and napkins
• Dishwasher soap, hand soap, shower soap, toilet paper, laundry soap
No pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will forfeit their security deposit and may be evicted from the property.
This is a non-smoking building. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on the patio. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $50.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the condo and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit.

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT : All items in condo must be present and in the working and/or usable condition at time of departure or the amount to replace the items will be subtracted from your deposit.

Checkout procedures:
Prior to checkout, all dishes should be washed and put away. Beds may be left unmade and sheets and pillowcases left on. Towels should be placed in the laundry hamper. Before leaving, turn off all lights, electronics and the A/C. Make sure all doors and windows are locked and shut.
We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen.

I had a long trip to the US and Miami was in my list, I decided to rent alex's place! My experience was incredible! The place is spectacular and it's just a walking distance from Collins Av ,ocean drive and Lincoln road.The building is luxurious and the view is amazing..alex was an awesome host, responsive and very nice. He responded quickly to anything we wanted. I would love to go there again! Thank you again for being such a host, the place Is great! I recommend it!:))

we were delighted with the apartment, very clean, bright & modern. the location was just perfect for us and the building had a great vibe. the host was also very accommodating and full of great recommendations on where to go:) will definitely stay here again when we return to south beach! thanks!
