This is a family-friendly, first floor, END unit villa on lagoon. There is a comfortable outdoor table and chairs on the screened porch that faces the lagoon.
Also featuring a dock over the lagoon where you can sunbathe or sit and watch the local wildlife and fish interact.
It takes three minutes to walk to Kiawah's world-renowned beach. You can walk or bike ride to East Beach Market where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are readily available. The market also offers groceries and beverages. This makes vacation meals easy.
Children will love this villa's close walking proximity to 21-acre Night Heron Park were there is a nature center, playground, soccer field, etc...
John's Island's newest FreshFields Village Center is 12 minutes away by car. This new center features many stores, Starbucks, restaurants, and much more.
There are miles and miles of bike trails, five golf courses, many restaurants, great tennis, all near this villa. And, let's not forget those incredible sunsets.
Nearby you have kayaking, shrimping, dolphin watches, and, of course, the most charming town, Charleston.
