Welcome to Winter Park, and the Fraser Valley. What a great place to spend your WINTER Vacation. Our Condo is located between Fraser and Winter Park, overlooking the Winter Park Ski Area, and the Beautiful Fraser Valley. From our deck, we have the most beautiful view in the valley. It is not uncommon to see Moose, Elk, Deer and other Wildlife, on the Fraser River just below our deck. Our Condo is located on the ridge, just outside of Fraser, yet convenient to Winter Park, and all of the wonderful amenities that the Fraser Valley has to offer. We are on the local bus route to Winter Park, Fraser and the Winter Park Ski Area .
Our Condo is in immaculate condition, and has two bedrooms, plus a loft, two bathrooms, with accommodations for up to six. Parking and outside storage is directly in front of our condo. We are located close to the Winter Park Ski area (10 Minutes) Rocky Mountain National Park (35 minutes), Arapahoe National Forest, and the Arapahoe National Recreation Area. There are three different wilderness areas within six miles of the Condo. Many of the Winter activities include, Down Hill Sking, Cross-country Skiing. Ice Skating, Tubing, Sledding, Sleigh rides, Dog Sled rides, Hiking, Snowshoeing, Swimming, Photography, Wildlife viewing, and Just Plain Relaxing. The New Grand Park Recreation Center is now open,and it is just a few minutes from our condo, and it is open to the public. The rec center has many wonderful amminities, and activities for every member of the family.
