HEATED OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL OPEN DURING THE SKI SEASON. STEPS from the Town Lift to Park City Mountain Resort. No NEED for a car! Park Station Condominiums are the most convenient in lodging location. Be one of the first skiers on the mountain in the morning by accessing the Town Lift. For lunch and at the end of the day, glide over the ski bridge onto Main Street, Park City for dining and apres ski.

After a hard day on the slopes, relax in either the indoor or outdoor whirlpool spas or outdoor heated swimming pool before a night of world class dining in one of the many three or four star restaurants just outside your door. Main Street also offers bistros and pizza parlors, bars and lots of nightlife and shopping. The Main Street transit center is also only a block away, where you can catch a free bus to Deer Valley Ski Resort, The Canyons Ski Resort (featured on the "Today" show during the 2002 Olympics), the factory outlet stores or the new Redstone Center with unique shops, theater and dining.

Lovely living area with wood burning fireplace. During the holidays I have a wonderful decorated and lit Christmas tree to add AMBIANCE! My guests love it. New flat screen T.V., blue-ray player with surround sound capable of viewing your pictures and jack for your itunes in living room. Flat screen TV with DVD player with an Ipod dock and SIM card input for watching digital camera pictures in master bedroom. Dining area seats six at the dining table and bar area seats two. All new appliances with cook top stove. Furniture is rustic mountain. Master bedroom has king-size wooden sleigh bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed with a flat screen T.V. with a DVD player.

I am a retired Delta Air Lines employee. I moved to Park City in 1994. I was a concierge at the Waldorf Astoria Park City Hotel at The Canyons Resort in Park City. I can certainly help you with recommendations for other outdoor activites and dining recommendations.

The condo is a great location for skiing Park City. So close to Town Lift for skiing and to the Old Town for dining and shopping. Our family enjoyed the convenience of being so close. Unfortunately, I was on crutches and could not ski, but found the condo to be extremely comfortable. Spacious enough for a family of 4 and a great entertainment system with plenty of movie choices and good sound system. Nice touches throughout, such as the Christmas tree. Colleen is extremely responsive and enjoyable to correspond with. There was a small mishap: thought that there was no hot water in the master bathroom (renter beware: the hot and cold water taps are switched in the master bathroom!). Even on Christmas Day, Colleen was concerned and on the ball about it. To be commended! All in all, would rent again if we return to Park City.

Nice condo with close proximity to downtown

We stayed at this condo during on February ski trip. The condo was very nice and it was well located as the bus stops were right in front of Park Station. This made it very convenient so we did not have to walk far in our boots. I would recommend this unit and the owner (Colleen) was very nice to work with.

Ideal Location

The unit has a great location next to Town Lift and all the shops and restaurants that Main Street has to offer. If you want to ski Deer Valley or The Canyons the bus stop is right out your door. This unit is well equipped, comfortably furnished and convienetly located in the complex. It's easy to access the hot tub and the front desk is just down the hall. The owner is very accommodating and willing share ideas to help make your trip more enjoyable. We will definitely rent this unit again when we ski in Park City.

WOULDN'T STAY ANYWHERE ELSE IN PARK CITY...

#116 is our home away from home when in Park City. We are returning this holiday season to enjoy our third visit and couldn't be happier. The accommodations are fantastic, the first floor accessibility extremely convenient and the location relative to the slopes and town couldn't be better. The pictures do not do it justice. It is well appointed and very comfortable for all of us, school age children and adults alike. Colleen is always available to help in any way and is very quick to assist with anything that needs attention. We plan on returning year after year. Felice

Beautiful condo!

Beautifully decorated, spacious, CLEAN, quiet condo with new carpet, nice linens, and a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable for a family of four. Lots of living space. The location is perfect for a walk up Main St. Love that you need a code to get in the building! Very safe area. We stayed in the off-season and can't wait to visit again in the snow. Would recommend this condo at any season! The owner was very accomodating. Thanks for a great visit and we'll be back!!

This winter for the first time the pool will be heated and open for the ski season. Also I put in new windows since you stayed so it should be more cozy this winter.

We have stayed at Park Station a couple of times, and really liked this condo. It is steps away from the hot tub, and very convenient to the shops, restaurants, etc. We would stay there again!

We enjoyed perfect weather for a lovely family reunion celebrating my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. Being Easterners, we were a little short of breath at first, but adjusted. A highlight was seven of us gathered in the living room watching Cassablanca on your big screen TV. We were very pleased with your condo and enjoyed your nice aesthetic touches like the animal inset ceramic titles. And the pizza cutter was put to good use! The Teutsch Family

We came to Park City for a quiet long weekend. What a restful and relaxing time we had! Your condo is so well appointed, we loved the big screen TV, the modern kitchen, and the great bed. Your condo is so conveniently located. We enjoyed walking up to Main Street to take in the restaurants and shops. We hope to stay in your condo again and we will ask for #116!
