Our home is located in Summit County, within twenty minutes of Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain, and is less than forty minutes from Vail. Some key features include a townhouse layout on three levels, with no one above you or below you, unit is also an end unit for even greater privacy. Our home faces undeveloped town-owned land, with gorgeous views of surrounding mountains and the Blue River.
We have five sleeping areas that can accommodate up to 12 people, are available. These include three full bedrooms on the upper level, including a master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, complete with dual sinks and a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, share another bath with dual sinks and another Jacuzzi tub and shower. Also, a queen size sleep sofa is provided in the living room area and another queen sleep sofa plus a twin, full bunk bed are provided in a private, bonus room, on the lower level, accessed from inside the unit through our private, heated, two-car garage.
You'll find a comfortable, spacious living area on the main level, with gas fireplace, stereo system with wall-mounted speakers and CD/DVD player, and a 42-inch LCD, Internet-ready HDTV connected to a Comcast DVR and wired to the stereo system. The TV is auto-linked to unlimited Netflix TV shows & movies, YouTube, Picasa, etc. The TV includes many all-music channels and we provide a small personal collection of movie DVDs & music CDs.
The main level is an open living area, that includes a fully appointed kitchen, with double ovens and a gas stovetop, plus a separate dining area.
We have a private outdoor 6+ person hot tub which faces the Blue River and mountains with gorgeous, unobstructed views!
Off the main living area is a large deck with gas barbecue also facing the river and mountains, with a table and comfy chairs
We also have a full sized washer and dryer, a two-car heated garage on the lower level and is steps away from the Summit Stage, a free shuttle bus service to neighboring Summit County towns and ski areas. Many additional amenities are described below.
Pets are not allowed and no smoking.
While we prefer weekly rentals, we may negotiate for nightly rentals on short notice.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Some of the unique benefits of our townhouse include its location right on the Blue River, ready access to area shopping, restaurants, golf and skiing, direct access to the Summit County bike path system, close proximity to nearby Lake Dillon and its location within a very quiet residential neighborhood. It's pretty much an ideal spot from which to venture out for every all-season adventure the Rockies have to offer.

we stayed here just this past January and had a great experience. We ended up with 10 people and everyone fit very comfortably and the location is just perfect! The heated garage is a plus too to be able to leave your stuff in the car overnight before hitting the hill again the next day.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a party of 6 adults and one child and this property was perfect for our Snow-cation. We did have to bring our own pack and play crib, but one is available from the managing company at a fee. Its in close proximity to our favorite slopes and (my favorite) the Silverthorne Outlet Mall. The property is in a residential neighborhood which makes for quiet evenings. Also, the kitchen is stocked very well with appliances, some spices and lots of dishes. We had such a wonderful time soothing our aching muscles in the private hot tub and the 2 jacuzzi bathtubs. Thank you to Chip & Dottie for allowing us to rent out your Colorado home for our Vacation.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We've rented this unit 5 or 6 times and have always had a wonderful stay. Unit is well equipped, especially bedrooms and bathrooms. Very spacious. Deck is wonderful in summer and garage nice for winter use. Very quiet neighborhood but close to everything Summit county has to offer.
