Just steps from the beach, the cottage has three bedrooms, two baths and sleeps five comfortably. The dining room and living room open up to an outdoor covered porch with unobstructed views of Casco Bay, while a large lawn overlooking the water makes for a perfect setting for either relaxing under the shade of the maple trees or playing a game of croquet. The cottage is on the West side of the Island and a short walk from the Ferry, local grocery market and nearby shops, as well as the the tennis courts and sailing club. New furnishings and fresh paint have all been added in the Spring of 2006, making it an ideal place for a family vacation.
