  Beautiful resort located on the beach, feels like home. The condo we have stayed was wonderful.Nicely done, expensive bed spreads,clean sheets and towels. Floors were clean. The view from the balcony was just amazing. Overall, wonderful stay, definitely on our come back list.

  Thanksgiving getaway worked out pretty good this year,really enjoyed it. We decided to break the standard rules of this holiday and take off to the beach. Our condo at Treasure Island was nicely furnished and very well spaced. Both bedrooms had really comfy king beds. Two bunk beds were located in the living room area on the side. I think it is a pretty cool feature for a family with kids. From the living room sliding window, we could see the ocean, it was a beautiful view. Balconies are huge.

  My wife and I, along with another couple rented this condo through Emerald Coast Destinations. The condo was beautifully furnished, extremely clean, and best of all, the ocean views were spectacular! We enjoyed our dinner while watching sunsets and our breakfast while watching sunrise. We also liked the fact that we were so close to a famous beach restaurant Schooners. Very laid back hangout on the beach.

  Our condo rocked! Amazing, clean, with cool furnishing and full kitchen. We didn’t have any issues at all, just a pleasant getaway from work and school. Actually, at the checkin, we had an issue with the door but that was quickly taken care of by our rental agency Emerald Coast Dest. Again, it isn’t a big deal. We are totally cool people and we liked our place a lot. Some reviewers wrote that they had issues with their deposits. Not us! Our deposit was returned in full in a very short time. I guess you just gotta take it easy sometimes;)

  Our stay was just amazing, we absolutely love the condo and we are returning next year again. Unit is so clean and nice.Balconies are so big that you can even have a party in there. Great view and awesome rental crew!!!

  The Treasure Island Resort is a beautiful place, and has to be one of the closest resorts to the Gulf. Really, there are many on the beach, but you will find few this close to the ocean. Our unit was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The views were to die for, and this place was spotless. I cannot praise this place enough. Close to everything you need or want, great pool, and beautiful blue water just steps away.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  Our experience with this condo was okay. The condo itself was very nice, well furnished. Everything was as advertised. We had a problem getting into the condo because the handle on the door was broken, but someone came out immediately to fix it, so it wasn't a big deal. My only major compliant was that our deposit was supposed to be returned 2 weeks from when we checked out. It took over 5 weeks for us to get our deposit back. I had to send several emails and call multiple times before the deposit was returned. I was disappointed by this because other than this issue, the condo was great.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

  We stayed here 09/24/2011 - 10/1/2011...From the moment we walked in we were in complete 'awe' with not only the view , but the beautifully decorated and very spacious and very clean condo, and did I mention the breathtaking views!!! The condo was equipped with everything we needed for a wonderfully relaxing vacation! The owner was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating-- he graciously answered all our questions before and after our stay ... I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a wonderful vacation in Panama City Beach... I am looking forward to booking this unit again in February, Summer and Fall of 2012.....

  Jon takes excellent care of his clients. From start to finish, he makes sure that the experience is wonderful one! We had a wonderful time in Panama City Beach. The View, furnishings, and whole experience in Treasure Island exceeded our expectations ! ! We cannot wait to return as soon as possible ! Thanks for sharing your wonderful Condo. with us. We took our small dog and she enjoyed it as well. Our week was totally amazing ! !
