Located right on the water overlooking yachts and the Sierra Mountains, our 1 bedroom town home is a terrific getaway for a couple or family of up to 5.
With fabulous views of the Tahoe Keys Marina and Lake Tahoe, you will enjoy a wonderful vacation in the Tahoe Keys Resort. This home was completely renovated with new Stainless Steel kitchen, granite counter tops and fireplaces in both the family room and upstairs bedroom. With a deck that overlooks the Marina, you will enjoy views of some of the most beautiful boats on Lake Tahoe and also the Blue Waters of Lake Tahoe.
The accommodations come with a flat panel Television in the family room and a bedroom on the second floor which also offers views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains. This home has been tastefully decorated to create a retreat after a day on the lake or on the ski slopes which are less than five miles from the home.
Guests at our home may choose to purchase access to Tahoe Keys Resort amenities, pool, hot tub and tennis. If the pool is not for you, a beach and pier are just steps away. The indoor pool which is adjacent to the parking for our home has two outdoor hot tubs for a relaxing evening after you have enjoyed the lake or slopes. Across the street are tennis courts, basketball courts and a sports field.
If you are looking for a premium retreat which has been updated with top of the line features, this one bedroom home will offer an enjoyable get away for a couple or family. This home can easily accomodate a family of five with new sleeper sofas on the main level that offer both queen and twin beds. Blueprints of the home are included in this listing.

Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Keys
We chose Tahoe Keys specifically because its access to the lake and accessibility to local ski resorts. Tahoe Keys is one of the only areas on Lake Tahoe where you can have your boat where you are staying for your vacation; a great plus for maximizing your stay on the lake.
We chose our home because of its location and its magnificent view! We also appreciate the accessibility to a boat dock, and the enjoyment of watching the boats in the marina from our decks.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
In the summer we love to be on our boat enjoying tubing, skiing, swimming, hiking and exploring the lake. We also love to hang out and barbeque out on our deck and enjoy watching all of the boats in Tahoe Keys Marina. The wide open lawn is a huge benefit for us to enjoy, either playing or dining.
In the winter we love to ski and snowboard at Heavenly Ski Resort or Sierra-at-Tahoe. We also have fun sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and building snowmen.
The indoor pool, including a diving board and ping pong table are right next door
Great boating destination. Spend the day swimming, hiking, picnic and visit Vikingholm
