"Blue Heron Villa" is located in Bonnybrook Village, South of 466, near Lake Miona (a beautiful county lake),Lake Sumter Landing Town Square, the Arnold Palmer Championship Golf and Country Club, and only a brief golf cart ride away from the original Spanish Springs Town Square. Close to all the fun and entertainment!!
"Blue Heron"- includes a large great room with cathedral ceilings, ample comfortable seating and full entertainment center; formal dining area; well-equipped eat-in kitchen, screened porch, and a side patio that is equipped with gas grill—--all the comforts of home and more.
The Primary Bedroom has all the amenities for comfort including: KING-SIZE BED, remote controlled 25” cable TV, clock radio, phone, over-sized walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with step-in, seated shower.
The Secondary Bedroom sleeps two comfortably in twin beds, can be arranged for double sleeping if desired, and includes remote controlled TV with cable, clock radio, desk, and phone.
The large guest bathroom has a tub/shower.
An open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, over 1100 square feet- all on one floor - makes for a spacious home and includes your own convenient laundry with washer and dryer. A vacation home with just enough room without a lot of cleaning and daily maintenance!
There is an attached oversized garage for your car with extra storage for your personal sports and play equipment.

2 Community Membership cards providing you with all the amenities of a community homeowner: access to free golf on our nine hole executive golf courses, and reduced golf fees on the many championship courses, heated pools, private dining club, country clubs, and all the community recreation centers.
All utilities, extended cable TV service, trash and lawn service, and basic local phone service are included, too.
Upon your request, additional photos of the home can be sent via internet.
When the children and grandchildren visit, it’s just a brief drive to enjoy the day at Disneyworld or Universal Studios -only 60 minutes away; or maybe a trip to the beach or to the Kennedy Space Center. How about a daytrip to a zoo or aquarium!
