Our vacation home is located conveniently South of 466, near Lake Miona (a beautiful county lake),Lake Sumter Landing Town Square, the Arnold Palmer Championship Golf and Country Club.
This villa is just a brief golf cart ride away from the original Spanish Springs Town Square. Located just off Buena Vista Boulevard (a major North/South artery of The Villages)it's so close to all the fun and entertainment*!!
This well furnished home includes a large great room with vaulted cathedral ceilings, ample comfortable seating and full entertainment center; formal dining area; fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, screened porch, and a side patio with gas grill—--all the comforts of home and more.
The Primary Bedroom has all the amenities for comfort including: QUEEN-SIZE BED, remote controlled 25” cable TV, clock radio, phone, over-sized walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with step-in, seated shower. (Looking for a master with a KING BED? ask about our available Broyhill villa.)
The Secondary Bedroom sleeps guests comfortably in a QUEEN-SIZE BED and includes remote controlled TV with cable, clock radio, desk, and phone. The guest bathroom has tub/shower combination.
