This two bedroom, two bath beachfront unit is located on the sixth floor. It features beautiful decor furnishings with nine foot ceilings throughout. Each bedroom has it's own TV and VCR. The living room has a 42 inch LCD TV with DVD/VCR/CD Stereo, plus a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa.
The fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and pantry is designed to prepare everything from a microwave snack to a gourmet dinner for seven.
You will enjoy the many activities available at "Island Royale". It's conveniently located on the Blvd. within walking distance to many restaurants and grocery/shops. You can relax in the large sauna and steam room or exercise in the cardio workout room. If you prefer, you'll enjoy the indoor/outdoor heated pool overlooking the beach complete with two heated whirlpool spas.
With only six units per floor (less then 90 units total) you'll have plenty of room to play on the beach!

Why the Owner Chose Island Royale
We chose Island Royale because the condo unit was small enough to allow privacy on the beach, unlike larger units where you fight for a place to put your umbrella. The grocery store across the street is great for the items you might have forgotten. You can walk to some of our favoite restaurants. The best beaches in the country!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The high ceilings and doors are great! Makes the condo seem much larger then it is. All rooms have a LCD TV with DVD. We like fresh ground coffee so please help yourself to the coffee grinder.

Cindy and I live in Birmingham, Alabama and enjoy working outdoors in the yard. We have three beautiful grandchildren, three boys, a wonderful daughter in love, and a dog. We love the beach.
