O sobrado é ótimo. Quando recebi as chaves a casa estava limpíssima, os utensílios e os móveis em ótimo estado de conservação, garagem fechada com total segurança. Com certeza voltaremos em outra oportunidade....Owner response: Agradeço a gentileza da avaliação e fico muito feliz que tenham gostado da casa o objetivo é proporcionar o melhor há vocês !!! No inicio deste ano (janeiro) passei uns dias em Ubatuba, a principio fiquei com receio ao local da casa, mas me surpreendi com o bairro e a casa. O bairro é super tranquilo, tem mercado, padaria, pizzaria e com ótimos preços. Fiquei com minha família na casa de baixo, ainda estava sendo ampliada mas mesmo assim atendeu todas as minhas expectativas. A casa é bem próxima as cachoeiras e a 2km da praia, descíamos a pé as vezes para a praia em uma breve caminhada de 15 minutos no máximo. Recomendo para todos que desejam tranquilidade e um preço justo para estadia em Ubatuba. Retornarei em breve.....Owner response: Fico feliz que tenham gostado ... o Sertão da Quina tem muitas riquezas, em se tratando de natureza e os comerciantes locais realmente têm preços menores que os comércios em frente a praia, esta é mais uma vantagem do bairro !
