This North Myrtle Beach condo has a beautiful oceanfront view from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. You will find all the comforts of home including a washer, dryer, microwave, three televisions all with cable and DVD players and free broadband internet . There is an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, a newly updated indoor pool and hot tub. We are located across from Barefoot Landing near Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlets, specialty shops and many entertainment attractions.
For kids of all ages: Activities range from building your own teddy bear at Barefoot Landing to watching hundreds of alligators being hand fed at Alligator Adventure. At Broadway at the Beach, there is an amazing aquarium, an IMAX theater, Hard Rock Cafe and NASCAR Speedpark. In Myrtle Beach center you can visit Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, Myrtle Waves water park, or ride the new Skywheel. Kids will love eating at Medieval Times and Pirate's Voyage where they actually get to participate in the show. On the beach, a short walk from the condo, kids can rent beach tricycles and banana boats. Should it rain, there is a large cinema complex a few minutes south on Route 17.
Other activities nearby: Take a leisurely cruise along the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway aboard the Jungle Princess at Barefool Landing. Go deep sea fishing, ocean speed boating or jet skiing at Little River, about 20 minutes north on route 17. Also at Little River, try your luck on one of the elegant Casino Cruises. You can try your hand at the world famous Cherry Grove Fishing Pier at the north end of North Myrtle Beach. They rent equipment. How about parasailing? They are located a short walk to the north along the beach from the condo. Live entertainment at The Alabama Theater and The House of Blues is 5 minutes from the condo. The Carolina Opry and The Palace Theater are about 15 minutes away. You can also find vineyard tours, wine tasting and horseback riding nearby.
Activities at a little distance: Spend a relaxing day at beautiful Brookgreen Gardens about a half hour south of the condo on Route 17. Visit the battleship North Carolina followed by lunch and shopping in historic Wilmington, NC, about an hour north on Route 17. For the ultimate trip back into history, visit Charleston about 2 hours south and include a harbor cruise out to Fort Sumter and a carriage ride through the city. If time permits, include a visit to some of the historic houses and grand plantations.

I can't say enough about our stay in this condo. There were four of us but it can easily sleep four more. The condo was neat and tastefully decorated. Of course the view was the main attraction. When we needed a light bulb for one of the rooms, Marie brought it to us within a short while of asking. Not only was she very helpful but very friendly, we had a nice long chat about our travels. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, used it at least twice a day. The condo is conveniently located to many attractions and supermarkets. Will definitely be back, next time for a little longer.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family really enjoyed this vacation and most importantly the accommodation. There were seven of us in our party: Dad, mom, aunt, and four kids (ages 3, 5, 7 and 13). I was initially skeptical when I read an earlier review about the size of the third room and the apartment in general. I disagree with that assessment as we were very comfortable with the size. The apartment will conveniently accommodate eight people. The location was perfect for our needs and provided easy access to many of the attractions we were interested in visiting. The environment was very family friendly without the congestion that is common many favorite spots. Most importantly we enjoyed working with Paul as He was truly professional and committed to ensuring our comfort. My family (wife + 4 kids - 10,9,7,&17mth) didn't know what to expect as this was our first trip to Myrtle beach. We literally knew nothing about the area so were a little nervous. The price Paul was asking was right and so we figured what was the worst that could happen. When we arrived the place building looks nice. Secure lock in and out, you must have a key to get in to the building. Picking up our keys was simple and easy and the instructions were straight forward. So here are the pros and cons: PROS: 1 - Paul and Marie are some of the bes managers I have ever dealt with. If by chance you are unhappy they will do whatever they can to make you happy. 2 - Master bedroom over looks the ocean. Beautiful view from the balcony. 3- Your on the beach - within minutes you can be down the elevator and walking on the beach 4 - We felt secure enough to relax 5 - Price when we booked was reasonable for what you got 6 - About a 15 minute drive to Broadway at the beach - so not to close but not to far and a great place to spend the day with the kids. We ate there at Landings seafood often, one of our favorite places. 7 - About a 5 minute drive by the time you park to Barefoot landing. We thought the description made it sound like it was an easy walk but we not recommend walking with young kids as you have to go over a major street to get to the landing ares. Nice selection of restaurants there and its close. CONS: 1 - Its tight for a family of 6. A family of 4 would be perfect, even though there are 3 bedrooms it is narrow and we felt on top of each other. 2 - The "3rd" bedroom is more like a laundry room or walk in closet that 2 "Bahama" beds were stuffed into. I spoke to another owner there and they said these were called "Bahama" rooms. My youngest kids were scared to sleep there the first two nights as the room is up front by the door with a window and they could here people walk by going to their condo's at night. I spoke to Paul about this room - he said they were looking to update it and put only a single (queen bed maybe - not sure it could fit) bed in it. Be prepared - it is small, no closet, and should not be considered a bedroom. Thats it for the cons. On a side note we found a wonderful local restaurant that was about 25 minutes from the condo. If we didn't have little kids or could have snuck out for a night out we would have went back. The place was called Russells and it is in Merrill Inlet.Did you find this review helpful?
