This Condo was perfect for our vacation. It was very spacious and clean. We had a great view of the beach. Mo was great to rent from and always concerned that we had a good time. He was available 24 hours a day if we needed anything.. The pictures accurately reflect this condo's appearance. This was a great location and we would recommend this to our friends and relatives.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mo and Faye's Holiday Villas III condo. Relaxing on the balcony offered an uninhibited view of the gulf during the day, and in the evening we had the visual treat of the multi-colored lights from the pool below. The condo was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-supplied with everything we needed for cooking, preparing and serving meals (saving a bundle of $$ vs. going out), as well as making beverages from coffee to blended drinks and everything in between. Internet and long-distance phone calls were provided at no charge, which was very much appreciated! Mo was a pleasure to work with, extremely gracious and concerned that we were pleased with all aspects of our stay at his lovely condo. We would not hesitate to make a repeat visit for a future vacation on the beach. Thank you, Mo and Faye, for your hospitality. We had a great time! This condo has an excellent view, great beach and easy pool access. The balcony overlooks the pool and right onto the beach / ocean. Furnishing are new and condo clean.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Had a wonderful time at the condo. It was very clean and nice furnishings. Had everything in the kitchen I needed to fix meals. It was so nice to be on the first floor and not have to wait on the elevator every time. The whole transition, from start to finish, went very smooth.
