We came here for our delayed honeymoon (reaching our 5-yr anniversary). This is an outstanding property for couples or a double date, since the 2nd bed & bath is attached but completely separate from the main living & master suite. Very modern, cozy, private, and well supplied with linens, utensils, etc. The location of the property was ideal (near both local and touristy businesses and right off of a useful road). The reservation process was a breeze. I found this on VRBO after combing through all the resort websites that ask for $500 for a room w/o an ocean view or possibly a fridge). Thank goodness I found this property.

Beautiful property. We saw dolphins each day. Would recommend to family and friends. Mature banana trees concealed many geckos for our daughters to find. Pool had new water for our stay. Concrete deck had comfortable furniture. Superb.

I've used the internet many times before, and sometimes properties are not as nice 'in person' as they look in the photos --- not so with Kona Bay Seaclusion. This property is nicer than the photos show. We enjoyed the stay and the location was perfect.

My wife and I absolutely loved staying at this home, and we're so glad that it was available during our vacation. The description of the home on the website is accurate -- and if anything, it might sell the house a little short. The house is beautiful inside and out, it's well maintained, it has many great amenities (e.g., Bose stereo, gas BBQ, etc.), and it's surprisingly private for a waterfront home. In fact, the home is so nice, so well maintained, and has so many great amenities that it doesn't feel like a rental house. Also, the views from the living room, bedroom, deck, and pool are nothing short of spectacular. Administratively, we also had a great, no-nonsense, no-drama experience with the owner's property manager. He was friendly, helpful, and responsive in all of our dealings with him. In sum, I can recommend this property without reservation or hesitation -- particularly to a couple or small family. We hope to rent it again sometime.
