If you are looking for one of the best locations in beautiful downtown Aspen, and a vacation condo that is both affordable and beautifully decorated, you have found the right place....just a block from the Little Nell Hotel.
Located on the ground floor of the Chateau Aspen building, our cozy cabin-like condominium is right next door to Mezzaluna restaurant, and across the street from the City Market, our favorite local grocery store where you can find everything you will need to stock your gourmet kitchen. Walk 2 blocks to the gondola, to all the world-class restaurants and shops, and leave your car at home. Most of our guests are repeat, and we hope you love our 'home away from home' as much as we (and they) do.
In addition to the amenities listed below, we also offer complimentary high speed internet access and free long distance telephone service for calls anywhere in the US & Canada. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and a dining table that seats up to eight, rare in a small condominium (we love to cook and entertain)! Firewood for the wood-burning fireplace is free and abundant.
In the bedrooms, you will find extremely comfortable pillow top mattresses, king bed in the master and two extra long twins in the guest room (convertible to a king if requested.) All linens are provided.
If you need additional accommodations, our unit can be combined with out neighbor's beautiful remodeled 2 bedroom/1 bath, located right next door for a total of 4 bedrooms.
Our home is non-smoking, and though we love animals, pets are not allowed due to HOA building regulations. And thanks for removing your shoes/boots upon entering so we can keep our home beautiful for our guests.
*Please note: a 11.1% Aspen city tax will be charged in addition to all rates unless rentals are more than 30 days. There is a $125-150 cleaning fee and additional maid service can be requested in advance. We respond immediately to any requests for availability and appreciate you visiting our site. Our calendar changes daily so please contact us to verify availability. Wherever you choose to stay, enjoy our magical little town of Aspen!

Chateau Aspen is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! is is located within walking distance to the best skiing, shopping, eating, drinking, hiking, meeting people, etc....its even near places where you can walk a few blocks and you are in the quiet outdoors of the rocky mountains...it is amazing this little gem has so much. Plus, the physical space is absolutely perfectly appointed and decorated. it is SO much better than any hotel!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
