On the edge of orchard farms on Stony Point, in Suttons Bay, this newer, year-round luxury vacation home is available for rent through out the year, with weekly, Saturday night through Friday night, rentals during June through September.

It is a short 2.5 mile drive to the village of Suttons Bay where you will find access to public beaches, parks, marina facilities, wonderful shops, and the many local wineries and orchards. Leelanau Sands Casino is 8 miles from the house. A short hop to Leland to catch a Lake Michigan sunset, or a quick drive into Traverse City to take advantage of the more urban offerings of the city.

Stony Point Place is surrounded by hardwood shoreline woods and native wild flower beds. You can see the West Bay and Old Mission Point through the woods, and hear the waves breaking on the shore from the extensive decks surrounding the home on 3 sides.

This 1600 sq. ft. home is pet-friendly and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and linens. Enjoy the use of the two-car garage, decks, natural gas grill, wine chillers, computer, and full kitchen amenities. Just bring your food, favorite pillow (if you want to), and beach towels.

Master bedroom has two Queen-sized beds with an attached bath and laundry. The front guest bedroom has a King size bed and the adjacent full guest bath. There are a toilet, shower, and laundry facilities in the basement. With an open floor plan you can enjoy the spacious great room/kitchen with large windows that is furnished with DirecTV, a dog couch, Full sleeper couch and other comfortable seating.

This is a non-smoking home, so please step outside to smoke as the owners do.
