Reno is the gateway to the vacation world, but why struggle with the busy crowds at the hotels with long restaurant lines and difficult parking. Our townhome is the perfect getaway and one of the most comfortable Reno Vacation Rentals. It is in a quiet neighborhood, with green grass, lots of pine trees, and beautiful roses. It has a balcony off the two larger bedrooms with a filtered view of the mountains.
Bring your mountain bikes and your hiking shoes and try the many trails that start a few blocks away. The trails go up Peavine Mountain which is 8300 feet in elevation. Our townhome is located at 5000 feet elevation which has quick views of the city and is 10 minutes from downtown. We are 5 minutes from the UNR.
For hunters, fishermen, and boaters, there are many beautiful places near by with Lake Tahoe and the High Sierras less than an hour away.
We have a home office for your use with a state-of-the-art computer and wireless connections.
There is shopping and restaurants within a mile. Chili's and International House of Pancake are nearby. Downtown is within 10 minutes where there are many casinos and fine restaurants. Here are some of the stores nearby.

Rates are higher during summer, special events & holidays.
One Half due upon booking; Payment in Full booked within 21 days before arrival.
If the rental is made within 30 days of arrival then the full payment is due.
There is a $500 Damage Fee which will be held against the credit card used for
obtaining the reservation; refunded after 30 days after move out.
There is a $75-125 Cleaning Fee(depends guests & length.)Cancellation fee $60

Why the Owner Chose Reno
We lived in our home and then converted it to a vacation rental. It is in a very good location to downtown and many Reno/Sparks Activities.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
It is close proximity to many events. We are centrally located and it is easy to get to many events. We enjoy the grounds; pine trees, plants and bushes.
There are many hiking trails near our home. The marker is near our favorite one.
The Great Reno Balloon Race is free to spectators thanks to the generous support of event sponsors. It is always scheduled for the first Friday through Sunday after Labor Day.
