Beautifully appointed, oceanfront luxury villa on South Forest Beach with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Fully equipped kitchen features new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances with large dining table and bar for extra seating. Extra large balcony with table and six chairs overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and heated seaside pool. Balcony has plenty of play room for the kids. Easy access to the beach with strollers and carts. Shorewood features a beautiful zero entrance pool with fountains.
Convenient to shopping, golf, tennis and restaurants with central location on beautiful South Forest Beach. Walk or ride your bike to Coligny Plaza for shopping, restaurants or coffee. This unit is on the first floor with sheltered parking underneath which gives it a second floor view. Elevator and stairwell are very convenient to villa.
Bedrooms include Master Bedroom with king bed, TV, private bath and double vanity; Queen Bedroom with queen bed, TV, private bath and rollaway bed in very large closet. Twin Bedroom with twin beds and large closet. The 3rd bath is in the hall between twin bedroom and living area. All baths have been completely updated with marble, granite and new fixtures. Washer and Dryer are included for your convenience. Rates include linens and towels and housekeeping upon checkout.

This was our second stay at Shorewood but first at this villa. We were very pleased with the accomodations. This place was well kept, very clean and nicely decorated. It had all the essentials of home. It was quiet yet close to the pool and beach. Elevators were a nice convenience although we never used them. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We enjoyed our breakfast out on the balcony a few times. Very easy walk to Coligny Plaza and many restaurants in the area. Perfect location. We truly enjoyed our visit and would not change one thing about this place. We plan to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your villa with us.

My family of 4 and my 2 parents stayed at this condo at the end of May 2011. My kids under age 4 spent hours at the pool and enjoyed a quick walk to the beach. The pool is perfect for the youngsters with an area approximately 12 X 12 that is a zero entry walk-in that gets about 2ft deep. This is connected to a larger area that is more for the older kids and adults. The condo was the perfect size for our large and multi-generational group. The condo has many comforts of home and items for children including bed rails and booster chairs. Kitchen is fully stocked from the basics to mixers, blenders, baking tools. The Shorewood building is in a great location - walking to the Coligny shopping area and perfect beach access. This condo was also nice because it is not immediately next to the pool (and therefore quiet), is also only up one flight of stairs (an elevator is also available), and does offer an ocean view. We would return to this condo if we return to Hilton Head in the future.

My family and I have been staying at this unit for years. The owners take great care of the condo and continually update it. For those who like to cook on vacation, my wife loves the kitchen and says it's better equipped than our house in Atlanta! We all love the easy access to the pool and beach, and it's great for biking or walking over to Coligny Plaza for Ice Cream at Moo Moo. We'll be back!
