Welcome to our beautiful Ledges condo at the 21 milemarker by water and right in the heart of Osage Beach by land. All the fun and activities the lake has to offer is close by for your convenience. Our spacious condo has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, queen size sleeper sofa, cozy gas fireplace, flat screen TV, cd player, stereo system and free high speed internet. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils, towels and all linens are provided and full size washer & dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an adjoining master bathroom and the second and third bedrooms have queen size beds with full bathroom near by. Our condo offers you all the comforts of home and more!
If it is a day out you are wanting, take the kids to Big Surf Waterpark, play miniature golf, ride the go-carts or go to Miner Mikes for a fun packed day. Ladies, have a day at one of our many spas or get a pass to our YMCA for a good workout. Then head to the outlet mall for some shopping at one of the 110 stores including Nautica, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Polo, Pac Sun and many more. After a hard day of shopping, enjoy a delicious meal at one of our many restaurants that range from fine dining to casual. Unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the warm breeze coming across the lake. Men, how about a game of golf? Sycamore Creek Golf Course is right down the road! Take the boat out for a great day of fishing or fish off the covered docks. Blue Moon Marina is close by where you can rent a boat, keep your boat trailer or launch your boat. Our state park also has a very nice boat ramp with trailer parking. End your day relaxing on the deck watching the boats go by or go inside and watch the big screen TV.
The Ledges complex offers two swimming pools, the larger of the pools is located on the point with an amazing main channel view and the other pool is near the entrance. Just a few steps from the second pool is a sandy beach area with a playground for the kids, swim dock and a vollyball area. Take a walk by the water on the concrete sidewalk or out in front of the complex where there is plenty of room. Parking is right in front of your condo!

$200.00 Damage Deposit required within 7 days of reservation, this will hold your reservation and is refundable within 7 days after inspection/cleaning of condominium and return of keys/parking pass. Full balance is due 21 days before arrival date.
Our 14x40 covered boat slip is available for rental for our guests at $20.00 per night.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am. |
