Fabulous ocean block cottage, completely renovated in Tommy Bahama-style / coastal cottage decor. This home has 3bdrm/1.5 bath, with 1 queen room, 2 twin room and 1 queen/1 twin room. There is also a hot/cold water outdoor shower. Front patio facing the street and private fenced patio in rear. Pet friendly.
Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only from Memorial Day through Labor Day. No exceptions. PLEASE CHECK THE CALENDAR TO SEE IF YOUR DESIRED DATES ARE AVAILABLE!!!!
Beautiful hardwood floors, new kitchen and bath, central air and lovely front flagstone patio. A second private rear enclosed patio area with picnic table, lounge chairs, gas grill and hot and cold outside shower. A perfect location to enjoy all that Dewey has to offer. Tenant provides linens, towels, soap and paper products.
Just 6 houses to the beach and walking distance to all town restaurants, shops and clubs. You can take the Jolly Trolly (open air trolly) at the end of the street to the Rehoboth boardwalk -- pick-ups every 20 minutes from 9 am to 2 am. This is the perfect beach getaway!

Stayed for 3 nights! Next time will be longer! This property is really cute! I went alone with my 2 senior dogs and we all had a great time. Great well maintained little house! The backyard is a Godsend! At first I thought I would be missing the "Ocean View" but turns out that the backyard was way more relaxing. Spent most of the days at the beach anyway so by the time I got back to the house it was nice and quiet. There are only 2 steps from the backyard to kitchen area so that made it easy for my two very tired and somewhat older dogs to get in and out. The backyard fence door is about 2 to 2.5 feet high which was nice and sufficient to keep the dogs from bouncing out (for puppy happy hour). The rest of the fence is a standard 6 footer nice and brown. Very Tommy Bahama feel. Very easy & short walk to the beach. Did not have a chance to take trolley but will consider it next time. Its a stone throw away from the Starboard Restaurant and Club so music can be a bit loud on Saturday night but it was a vacation so did not really care much about that noise. There is an outdoor shower, which I did not use but its good to know its there if need be. Loved the fact that there are 2 off street parking spots so no need to bother with a permit. The plan all along was to relax. Mission accomplished! Definitely recommend it to pet owners and anyone wanting to spend a few relaxing days at the beach in cozy and cute little house so close to everything!Recommended for: Pet owners, girls getaway.
