Beautiful hardwood floors, new kitchen and bath, central air, lovely front flagstone patio with a large crank out awning. A second private rear enclosed patio area with picnic table, lounge chairs, gas grill and hot and cold outside shower. A perfect location to enjoy all that Dewey has to offer.
Just 6 houses to the beach and walking distance to all town restaurants, shops and clubs. You can take the Jolly Trolly (open air trolly) at the end of the street to the Rehoboth boardwalk -- pick-ups every 20 minutes from 9 am to 2 am. This is the perfect beach getaway!
