The classic bungalow porch - Bend, Oregon Vacation Rental Charming Craftsman vacation rental cottage is the historic Old Bend neighborhood between downtown and the Old Mill District. We are just two short blocks from downtown shops and restaurants and a 12 minute walk to the Old Mill. Drake Park, hiking and biking trails, kayaking and tubing on the Deschutes River are just minutes away. Mt. Bachelor ski resort is 30 minutes away. Three blocks to Safeway grocery store and four blocks to bike rentals. Recently renovated, the bungalow has gas fireplace, an all new kitchen, new washer and dryer and two full baths with heated tiled floors. The original maple hardwood living room floors still squeak and have been beautifully refinished. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. Come be our guests and enjoy! Holidays/..Peak season..........$140/night .. $875/week .. $3200/month.
All other dates................ $125/night .. $785/week .. $2850/month
$75 Cleaning Fee. $500 Refundable security deposit required.
9% Room Tax 1% State Tax on Stays Shorter Than 1 Month
Cancellation: 30 days or less from arrival date no penalty. 29-15
days of arrival date forfeit 50% of rental deposit. 14 or less days
from arrival date forfeit the 100% rental amount.
