Gorgeos newly built lakefront condos/townhouse's.
With big decks right off the living room over looking the lake. Each condo is sound proof. Very relaxing.
Each condo has a full kitchen and 2 private bedrooms and 2 full baths. 42'flat screen TV's in the living room. Double size futons in walk out basement. We have had many repest guests that come back to our place every year. Very private place.
These condos have a private boat dock for a least 4 boats or more. Two levels of big open decking overlooking Norris lake. We have a path down to the dock and lake for easy access. These condos offer a beautiful view of Norris Lake and Island F.
Condo's are located halfway between 33 Bridge Marina and Hickory Star Marina. This is a great area of the lake. Boat traffic is less then the more busier parts of Norris lake. This allows perfect conditions for swimming, fishing, and water sports. We have a canoe and kayak on site for our guests to use.
We can accommodate large and small groups. There are four units for 1 to 24+ people. For availability and reservations go to our website.

We rented the entire lodge for the guests to our wedding (27 total). The lodge fit them all comfortably, and had everything we needed to make their stay enjoyable. We had our wedding ceremony on the wrap around porch. It was simple and elegant, with the lake making a beautiful background. This part of the lake was more private than others that we had been on before, which was ideal for us and our guests.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We have stayed here a couple of times now and really love the condo's..first time we stayed here was in Oct and was a little cool for a bunch of water activities but the views are amazing and was great for a long weekend for the wife and I...We enjoyed our stay so much we planned a family reunion for June '11 and it couldn't have worked out any better. We rented out all the condo's and had 32 people in them very comfortably..local owners is great plus, any time you rent a home on the lake your always going to have little things that need attention and the owners were more than willing to help us out and took care of things in a prompt fashion...stairs to water can be a little tough on older folks or people with knee problems but most mountain lake house's don't come with elevators...overall we would recommend the condo's and we plan on returning soon as we can.Brian CRecommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

My family has stayed at the Parson Shores Condos several times over the past few years. They are extremely clean and laid out perfectly for a family vacation. The view from the deck is awesome! The path to the dock and lake is easily accessible. I would highly recommend these condos for a family vacation.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.
