Don't hassle with elevators or stairs! Park right outside your door and walk into this ground floor unit with an awesome view that's so rare these days. French doors open from the living area directly onto a beautifully landscaped yard overlooking the beach. Walk down the boardwalk to the sand or enjoy the sun and great view from your porch or yard. It's been great for our elderly or handicapped guests and those with small children.
Bring your bikes to enjoy the 17-mile bike path along Scenic Hwy 30A. Seaside and Grayton Beach are just down the road. Gulf Place with it's summer concerts, shops and restaurants is directly across the street.
This low-density development has 24 units with only two units per floor. The large, open floorplan, nine-foot ceilings and windows in each room gives the unit a house-like feel. The combination kitchen/living/dining area provides a great entertaining area that can spill onto the porch and yard. The unit has tiled floors with the exception of the carpeted bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, and large bath with jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The third bedroom has two full size beds. Each room is equipped with a TV and VCR and/or DVD player. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living area.
The pool is located a few steps away which provides privacy, yet convenience. The grassy yard outside extends the porch area for entertaining and gives the kids a place to play. It's also our favorite place to watch the fabulous sunsets each evening.

Why the Owner Chose Villas at Santa Rosa Beach
This is a unique property in that it has ease of entry on the first floor but also has a great view due to the fact it sits atop a high sand dune. It is very convenient to walk out the french doors on the beach side and have a grassy area for kids to play on. It feels more like a house than a condo. Having only 2 units per floor provides windows down the length of the condo rather than just on each end.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There are several restaurants, bike rental, and shopping directly across the street. There are no high rises so the beach is uncrowded.
