Beautiful villa in the elegant condominium of Portogalo, at only 24 km. from Angra dos Reis. The house offers a swimming pool with deck, tennis court,barbeque area, sauna, garden with sea view. All the rooms of the house are facing the ocean , all the room have a bathroom barbeque area, pantry, garden. The houses are 2 : the main house with four bedrooms of which 2 of the for bedrooms are suites, living room with TV, kitchen, terraces, and below the terrace , on the ground floor there is a separate room that can be used as play room.
The secondo house or the upper house built below of the tennis court has 3 bedrooms, of which one is a suite, one single room , one room with 3 bunk beds and one single bed a living room with living room with TV, with two sofa beds kitchen and one bathroom.All the rooms are provided with air condicioned system.
location of the house: Portogalo, Angra dos reis B: The condominium of Portogalo is located at only 120 Km from Rio de Janeiro, reachable in 1 and half hour , offers a private Marina. The condominum faces the big island wich offers various opportunities such w ecologic , walks, and beautifull water falls. The condominium provides 24 hours security guards , the marina, cable car, little supermarket , farmacy, fish shop,and beatiful places to be reached with a nice walk. a home services . on request food delivery is provided by a phone request. Portogalo hotel , located inside the condominium. offers, a restaurant, bar , tennis court, and football court, heliport, fitness center and boat rental. The Big island is the ideal place for snorklin, restaurants, water immersions , while Angra it self offers , shopping Pirata ( shopping center), banks , supermarkets,and services.
The house can be rented only with a cleaning woman, in charge for the house, payed separately from the house rental, and a man in charge for the varius needs of the house, such as gardening etc at owner 's expences for 3 days a week. at the rental of the house we require at the reservation as guaranty the amount of R$ 6000,00 for eventual future injuries. Gas and electricity will be charges for more than five days rental. For long terms rental, conditions and costs have to be agreed with the owner and all house costs will be charged consequentely.
