This 4 bedroom home with a private upstairs master suite has a large balcony with views of Newfound Harbor and all the islands that dot it. The main floor has a well appointed kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the open floorplan of the living / dining room makes entertaining a breeze. You can enjoy the island breezes on the spacious screened in patio. Dining alfresco will be the rule of the day.
The most fantastic fishing, snorkeling, swimming and boating are right in the front yard and are just waiting to be explored.
Large canal in front of home leads to channel to get out to Newfound Harbor, easy access to the ocean. Private boat ramp for launching boats, kayaks or jet skis.

We just love this house on Ramrod Key. Every room was well appointed and the kitchen was stocked with anything you would ever need. There were 2 kayaks available for use, nice being able to go out as a family. Plenty of room for a family get together. The upper master is alone on the second floor and is definitely a suite with a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Awesome when vacationing with extended family. The screened in porch has plenty of seating for everyone to relax. The neighborhood is nice, house feels secure and a Monroe County deputy sheriff lives just a few doors down. You can snorkel in front of the house a little as there is a small boat wrecked in the shallow canal. Lots of sargent major, spiny lobster, and a couple of baby barracuda. Boat dock is large and new. There are a couple of places to eat on Ramrod. It is easy to book a dive or snorkel trip at the dive shop just 5 minutes away. We hope Julie will let us stay again!!!Did you find this review helpful?
