Come vacation at a luxury condominium on one of the most private and largest portions of Clearwater Beach. Tucked away in a residential neighborhood, this is the only condominium building away from the tourists were you can truly relax.
The condominium has a tropical Tommy Bahama decor with warm earth tones and rich fabrics. There is a large comfy sectional sleep sofa w/ recliner chair---Entertainment Center With Large TV, DVD and CD player. The bedroom has a Queen bed, night stands, dresser, mirrored spacious closet and large windows with a terrific gulf view.
Directly facing the Gulf, this condominium is on the eighth floor and has a panoramic view of the beach, gulf, Olympic-sized heated pool with lots of lounge chairs, covered cabanas and amazing sunsets. The building is only a mile to restaurants, beach bars, entertainment and lots of tourist attractions--you do not even need a car to get around--just jump on the Trolley that picks up out front of the building and tours you all over Clearwater Beach!
This location is ideal, you can relax at the pool looking straight at the beach or walk right on to the beach and enjoy the water and silky sand-- without all the crowds. There is a full GYM with new treadmills, stair climbers, weights, TV's and windows looking out at the beach so you can enjoy the gulf even during your workout. There is a new computer room to use for free with internet and computers--just sign in with security for the key.
Right next to the elevator there is a laundry room on every floor for your use at no charge. The building has been remodeled and the exterior is painted in warm beach tones with balconies having glass enclosures. The entrance foyer is gorgeous with a Miami Art Deco Motif and white marble floors. The community is gated with 3 entrances and there is lots of parking at the condominium near our unit in the huge open Parking lot.
It is a great spot for families, couples, singles and anyone just needing to get away and have a great vacation. You can be adventurous and take a speedboat ride in the gulf, party and dance at the beach bars or enjoy a sunset dinner. Families will have a great time at Pier 60 every night at sunset were there are local artisans, musicians and entertainers putting on a show for the crowd.
In Clearwater Beach there is something for everyone--It Is Paradise!

We love Clearwater Beach beause the sand is silky white and the sunsets are gorgeous. The condo is in an upscale area of single family homes and the beach is not crowded.

Cathy, I just wanted to let you know that the week was terrific. We had beautiful weather except for Christmas day which rained most of the day, but we rented some videos and relaxed around the condo. Your place is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Everything worked great and you had all the conveniences that we needed. I think the closest description for sitting on your patio with a cold drink and watching the gulf or a beautiful sunset is “heaven on earth”. Every day was a nice early morning stroll on the beach (and a collection of many sand dollars) and then lying around the swimming pool which they did open for us before Christmas. We even went para-sailing with the big yellow smiley face. That was an awesome experience. I hope you find the place looking the same as you left it. We cleaned everything up, vacuumed and Jeana even did some laundry (beach towels, towels, etc.) We have some beautiful pictures of the condo, beach, gulf and sunsets, but most of all we have some great memories. It really stinks to be back in Ohio with cloudy skies and a temp of 55 degrees. Oh well, that’s life.
