  We just spent 6 nights at this wonderful home. It is in a very safe neighborhood and conveniently located to all parks, restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and friendly. The management of this property is stellar and hugely accommodating. For example, we arrived near 1:00 am and he was there to greet us and show us around the property and answer all questions. The home is very clean and spacious and has a very nice pool and hot tub. Although the home sits in a lovely neighborhood with houses on each side, it feels extremely private because there is not a house behind it. Therefore, you can truly enjoy your outdoor experience. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

  My family used one of Mickey's homes for our first trip to Florida! Everything was WONDERFUL! Johny A. was so accommodating and easy to help us in any way! The house was perfect for my family, which included myself and my husband, our 3 children, and my parents. Contrary to at least one review I read, this home, for our stay, was VERY clean! It is also very convenient to all the attractions, and I had NEVER been to Florida prior to this trip. I had no problem navigating to every place from this home. Really can't say enough. My mom has already said that she may try to get this very same house next year to stay in with my brother and his family. It is THAT nice! Finally, the hot tub proved to be an extra special addition to this home. It was always nice to use it in the evenings to relax after a day at the parks. I have nothing negative to report regarding this property! 5 stars and two big thumbs way up! Thanks, Johny!

  Upon arrival we noted extensive staining of the carpets which made the whole house feel dirty. No money has been put into the house in a long time. Everything felt used and dated. While in advance we received adequate communications with property management, once we started complaining no one kept in touch. The house was so uncomfortable we actually considered moving out in advance. Instead we spent as little time in the house as possible.

  Owner response: This lady responded to the wrong property. This is a condo and is practically brand new. Just read the other reviews. We guarantee our properties to be what we say and we fix any issues as soon as practical. Mickey England, Owner

  Our family enjoyed this home very much. It was everything we were told it would be and more. The owner provided us with great information about the area and the home was immaculate. The kids loved the pool and big screen TV. My husband and I loved the hot tub. If you are looking for a place close to Disney this is a great place to stay!

  Our stay in January was the best vacation our family has ever had. This home is all it said it was and more. We found the home very clean, very well located and comfortable. A great value. The beds were so luxurious and the home was beautifully decorated. We all hope to return next year.

Weekday rates (Sunday thru Thursday) range from 109 to $159 per night.
Weekend rates (Friday and Saturday) range from $159 to $209 per night.
Holiday rates Christmas/New Years, Easter (3 weeks) 4th of July 2 wks. $209/night.
State sales tax of 7% plus county lodging tax of 6% applies to all fees.
Departure clean fee is $100 applicable to all bookings.
Pool heat available at $30 per night based on each night of booking. Pool heat is
either selected or not.  
Low rate dates are available in parts of Jan. Feb. May, Aug. Sept. Oct. Nov.& Dec.
