If you are looking for a luxury home with its own pool and relaxing hot tub -at a family price -this is a great option for you! It offers up to 4 bedrooms if you require that many. Your pool and the large sun deck are screened from insects, fenced for privacy and the only thing behind your fenced in yard is a golf course. Privacy is the buzz word in this home. You'll enjoy the covered porch for dining al fresco and the large deck will allow everyone in your group plenty of room for soaking up the Florida sun in our plush pool loungers. You can actually enjoy Disney's fireworks from the pool area some of the year!
The master bedroom is huge and has a king-size bed and its own TV. The master bath has a garden tub, shower, and his and her vanities plus a private entrance to the pool area. The other three bedrooms are in a separate wing for privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds.
This home features a 55 inch big screen TV in the family room and playstation 2 game the entire family will enjoy. A very spacious home, over 1900 square feet, with an eat-in kitchen, breakfast area, and countertop bar. A two car garage is available as well. Pets are NOT allowed (call for possible exceptions with a pet fee), and please "No Smoking" in the home.
Our home is located less than 6 miles from Disney. This home is located in a fantastic golf community! You'll realize you have finally found a place to vacation where you'll actually relieve the stress from your daily grind - not be cramped in a small hotel room! This home has a beautiful pool and a brand new 4 person hot tub separate from the pool! Enjoy the warmth of the Florida sun on your large fenced and screened sun deck, porch and pool area. This great community offers a community clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball courts, and tennis courts. The golf course is open to the public for your enjoyment. If fishing or boating is your thing - then bring your bass boat and fishing gear as the large mouth bass are plenty in this 400 acre fishing/boating lake.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Weekday rates (Sunday thru Thursday) range from $99 to $149 per night.
Weekend rates (Friday and Saturday) range from $139 to $189 per night.
Holiday rates apply Christmas, New Year's and Easter (3) weeks. $199/night.
State sales tax of 7% plus county lodging tax of 6% applies to all fees.
Departure clean fee is $100 applicable to all bookings.
Pool heat available at $30 per night based on each night of booking. Pool heat is
either selected or not. $100 additional fee to either turn heat on or off.
Some low rate dates are available in Jan. Feb. May, Aug. Sept. Oct. Nov. and Dec.

Our family of 5 adults found Chip's Condo was a great place to stay! It was quite comfortable for us and offered plenty of room. It was clean and well maintained, with very nice decor. The pictures are a true depiction. We communicated by email with the owner on arrival, as they had suggested, and reported only normal wear-and-tear, nothing that needed attention during our stay. We received an immediately reply and a very nice follow up later in the week. We were very at ease there and found it much better than staying at a hotel. It was great to have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. This is a great location for easy access to Disney Parks and area attractions, and there are grocery stores, retail shopping, and restaurants nearby. Also, easy access to and from Orlando Int'l Airport. All in all, it was a great location for us!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Chips Condo very much. The pictures represent the condo perfectly. The place was very comfortable for the five of us. The listing shows 2 baths, but this unit actually has 3 full baths. Very easy to get to all the Disney parks. Many restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store. An excellent bargin.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Upon arrival we noted extensive staining of the carpets which made the whole house feel dirty. No money has been put into the house in a long time. Everything felt used and dated. While in advance we received adequate communications with property management, once we started complaining no one kept in touch. The house was so uncomfortable we actually considered moving out in advance. Instead we spent as little time in the house as possible.

This was a terrific place, everything was as advertised. A very nice condo in a nice area, a hop skip and a jump from Disney World. My only problem was we paid $20 for wireless internet but did not receive it. Attempts to receive a refund were unsuccessful. I appreciated however that the deposit was just a credit card hold. At our last vacation we had to send a check which was cashed. Getting that refunded to us (the owner writing a check and sending it to us) took a long time and a lot of phone calls, so I'm glad this was never an issue here.

The 4 bedroom condo was excellent,it had every thing that you would need, it had alot of room and a great view of the lake, we enjoyed it the time we were there.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our family enjoyed this home very much. It was everything we were told it would be and more. The owner provided us with great information about the area and the home was immaculate. The kids loved the pool and big screen TV. My husband and I loved the hot tub. If you are looking for a place close to Disney this is a great place to stay!

Our stay in January was the best vacation our family has ever had. This home is all it said it was and more. We found the home very clean, very well located and comfortable. A great value. The beds were so luxurious and the home was beautifully decorated. We all hope to return next year.
