This beautiful home is located on a quiet street and backs onto the second fairway of Sun Lakes Golf Course - an 18 hole executive-style course that winds through the community. There is a large patio in the rear of the home from which you have a clear view of the second hole from tee to green. A newly constructed fence gives you access to the path alongside the golf course for leisurely walks. An upstairs loft area gives you another place to enjoy the beautiful view along with a computer with high speed internet access for workaholics.
The Sunroom also overlooks the golf course, and is shaded by large fruit trees along one side. This is a great place for breakfast - simply pick a fresh grapefruit from one of the many fruit trees, kick back in the sun room, and enjoy the scenery. The sun room also serves as a great place for spying on the local wild life. Arizona is the winter home of thousands of exotic species of birds. There are many sightseeing trips in and around Arizona and Mexico, all offered through group travels posted on clubhouse bulletin boards.
In the community there are heated swimming pools, tennis courts, a spa, clubhouse with billiards room, card rooms, arts and crafts activities and fitness center, various pool and aerobics classes with instructors.

Why the Owner Chose Sun Lakes
The Sun Lakes community is a beautiful and relaxing location. Facilities and resources in the community itself are excellent and Sun Lakes is part of the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area, so you can stay in a quiet neighborhood but have easy access to Phoenix International airport, only 30 minutes away.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The property has three master bedrooms, two downstairs, one upstairs. The fully equipped kitchen is a real home away from home and the sun room on the East side of the property is lined with fruit trees which provide both shade, and fruit of course... The back of the house is on the second hole of the community golf course - a short par three. Beyond the fairway is a small lake. This house is a great getaway with everything you could need from a high speed internet connection to a back yard gas grill.
