We had our family reunion in Florence and this house was great because of the size. It comfortably sleeps nine but there is a large area in the loft for air mattresses for kids. Having three full bathrooms was a nice bonus. Main floor rooms are large and the bedroom sizes are better than average. There is plenty of extra bedding but we wished that there had been more towels. The kitchen has dishes but not quite enough for 10. These are the only two things that we wished we had more of. Photos and description on the website are accurate. The owner responded quickly to my emails and calls. For the price this is a GREAT place.

This is a nice big place and a good place to come to escape the snow in the northern states. I felt right at home.

Wilderness Way, Florence, AZ. 85232 from ___________thru _____________for the total amount of $_____________. There is a $100 allowance for utilities. If usage is beyond that amount, tenant will be charged for the difference. The breakdown of the amount is $_________.00 for_________, a $_250.00 security deposit, and $_130.00 cleaning fee. The security deposit and cleaning fee is due at the time of signing the agreement. The balance of the rent will be due before checking in. At that time tenant will receive the access key code. If tenants should decide they would like to rent additional days they will notify the owner 7 days minimum to check out date. If the vacation house is available, tenant agrees to pay the rate of $130.00 per day, which will be due upon booking the requested days. Premise to be occupied by tenants listed above and on Rental Application only. No other individual shall occupy the premise without the prior written consent of owner. Tenant will be responsible for all guests. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. No pets will be allowed at the premise. The house shall be returned to owner in the same clean condition as check-in. Security deposit will be returned to tenant following check out and inspection of premise. Any damages or losses will be the responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from the security deposit. Deposit money is not refundable if renter wishes to cancel.
