This townhouse is clean, it is spacious, and well maintained. This 3 story townhouse is located in an Upscale Waterfront Community. There are two decks which extend over the lake giving the observer a spectacular view of its surroundings. When you are ready to take a break from relaxing on the deck, step inside where you will find 3 gorgeous bedrooms each with their own bathroom.
There are two Master bedrooms. One is located on the second floor, where you can soak in the whirlpool tub, lie under the ceiling fan, or relax in the queen size bed. The second master bedroom is on the 3rd floor, it along with the bathroom completes the third level. It also has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has a bunked bed with a twin at the top and a full size at the bottom. The living room has one futon which convert a full sized bed. A crib is also available for use.
The townhouse is light and airy and you get a wonderful breeze from the lake. Your footsteps on the deck mobilizes the turtles as they greet you in anticipation of food. They like "Cheerios and gold fish." The ducks and various bird complete the picture.
Other guests have commented about the convenient location of the townhouse. You can get to just about anywhere in Charleston within a 7 to 15 minute drive. You can get to Daniel's Island, the Historic district, golfing, tennis, horseback riding, bicycle riding, the Citadel, Folly Beach, shopping and more.
