This stunning contemporary is located in S. Orleans on a large 4.5 acre wooded lot with deeded walking access to a Pleasant Bay beach. In addition, it is surrounded by 75 acres of conservation land for the ultimate in privacy. The house has been totally gutted and rehabbed in 2007 with all new appliances, bathrooms, floors and furniture. The house offers approx. 2,200 square feet of living space and about 2,000 square feet of deck surrounding the house. The public side of the house has a full length skylight and glass all around providing an abundance of natural light. The private side of the house has three bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and offers a master with large modern bath. A great setting for a relaxing and quiet vacation experience. Additional fees are a $75 processing fee and a $55 security assurance fee

The property is very beautiful and in a private, lovely location. The rental agency hadnling the property leaves much to be desired. Specifically, the electricity was not turned on prior to our arrival and there were no specifics as to how to do so. There were no linens, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, or additional toilet paper/paper towels/garbage bags provided. When we called to inquire, we were told that the rental agreement specified that these were not provided. The info is in small print item 7 on the rental agreement. This is the first time we have seen this, in our many years of VRBO rentals! If this is specific to Cape Cod rentals, than the rental agency should directly communicate this by phone or email to folks. Arriving at midnight from a full day of travel to find no linens was miserable. The heat on the LR side of the house was inoperable.
