Beach Dreams our beautiful mid-rise Condominium welcomes you with its lovely furnishings and convenient first floor location. Comfortably sleeps up to nine persons with a King Master Bedroom, Nautical Queen Bedroom, Twin over Double Bed in Bunkroom, and Queen sleeper sofa.
A fully-equipped kitchen waits or cook out on the barbecue grills on the premise. Set the coffee-timer on the grind/brew and enjoy a fantastic sunrise. Cable TV/DVD in every room. The great room and screened porch offer shared fun with board games, puzzles,or quiet reading time. (A small number of the items available.) Feel free to bring your favorites. Nearby rentals offer movies, bicycles, kayaks, motor scooters, and scuba gear. Many excellent restaurants, sandwich shops, and pizzeria are within walking distance.
Point Washington Forest borders the property. The fishing pier on Mira Lake is adjacent to the swimming pool and clubhouse or take a short stroll to the pedestrian boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf with its white sugar sand beaches and sparkling clear aquamarine emerald waters. Take your favorite beverage to the beach, rolling cooler and rolling carrier provided, for the most spectacular sunsets you'll ever have the pleasure of seeing.
Minutes to the west is the Village of Seaside and to the east are Alys, Rosemary Beach. Offering their unique flavor, restaurants, shops, galleries, and entertainment. Dedicated bike and walking paths follow scenic 30A through all the unique seaside villages. Traversing west are Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Grayton State Park, Blue Mountain, Dune Allan, Gulf Place, Santa Rosa Beach and Topsail State Park. At the west end of 30A is Highway. 98 turn left and head to Sandestin's Baytown Wharf to enjoy restaurants, shops and music by the Bay.
Shoppers visit Silver Sands upscale outlet mall up from the Market Place Shops. Continue to the Destin Commons Mall for fun at the Hard Rock Cafe or other eateries, anchoring stores are Belk's and Bass Pro and the multi-plex theatre is here. Continue on Hwy98 to the Big Kahuna Water Park. Traversing east toward Panama City Beach visit the villages of Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, Carillon, and Inlet Beach. Numerous exceptional golf courses, fishing charters, party boats,clubs, eclectic shops, and art galleries are found along the way. Shop and dine at Pier Park offering numerous venues and entertainment. Anchor stores include Dillards, JC Penny's and Target as well as a Movie theatre.
