This is a lovely year round property which is beautifully furnished for your total comfort and enjoyment. It features a well equipped efficient kitchen for entertaining, a formal dining area, a den with large panel TV and a very comfortable living room. All of the large bedrooms are fully carpeted and nicely furnished. The yard and grounds are well cared for and the large deck features an electric awning to provide shade on sunny days. Nauset beach is about 2.5 miles and Mill Pond landing is only a 500 yard walk where you can swim and launch your kayak to explore Mill Pond and beyond. Additional fees are a $75 processing fee and a $5 security assurance fee
