This cozy home is located on a wooded lot tucked in among the ponds of Brewster. It has two bedrooms and one full bath. The large spacious living room and backyard deck make this a great space for a summer vacation. The large clean basement is perfect to play in on rainy days and the outdoor shower is great to rinse off after a day at the pond. The eat in kitchen has a breakfast nook with a slider leading onto the deck. Walk .4 miles to the Greenland Pond beach and enjoy the sand between your toes and a dock to swim around and dive off. Long Pond is .8 miles from the home and features a long staircase down to a dock. Both of these ponds are part of the Beechwood Association and gives renters rights to the ponds. Enjoy Golfing? The Captains Golf Course is just around the corner and the Cape Cod National Golf Course is just a little further. This is the perfect home for your Cape Cod Family Vacation!
