This beautiful home is located in a very convenient location between the town Marina and Wellfleet Village center. Both locations are within a very short walk. The large back yard is an excellent place for the kids to play or for a gathering of friends around the barbeque. Wonderfully maintained, this older Cape home is very inviting. It’s a comfortable place to be whether it’s a bright sunny day lounging in the yard or a rainy day spent watching movies in the comfy living room. It offers all the most requested amenities, including internet access and an outdoor shower. This is great place to spend your vacation creating wonderful Cape Cod memories. This home is approx. 1599 sq. ft.*NOTE: Additional fees for this rental are a $75 Processing fee and a $55 Security Assurance fee*
