Come and stay in our spacious, three-bedroom villa located in a secluded area, yet only a short walk to the beach. It has been professionally decorated, in a spectacular tropical theme and includes all the necessary amenities to make this your home away from home.
The living area features ample seating, and a 27-inch, flat screen TV and DVD player above the fireplace. The dining room seats six. There is also a cozy “honeymoon” table set for two in the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the front guest room has a queen-size bed, and the entry guest room has two twin beds. Each of these three bedrooms has a private bathroom, as well as a TV. A queen size sleeper sofa, in the living area, provides additional sleeping accommodations.
After a day at the beach, you can relax on the balcony, overlooking the serene lake view or go for a walk on the well manicured plantation gardens. Owner Description
We love to get away for a while, and enjoy the typical beach activities. For many years, we vacationed and rented in Kingston Plantation. When we bought our place, we chose a villa that we could enjoy. We want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. We like that it is a short walk to the beach, but is also a world apart. It's quiet and great for couples and families to hang out in. Sun bathing, swimming, and enjoying the music by the hotels fill our summer days in the resort. Reading, playing cards, watching movies, playing guitar, and surfing the net are some of our favorite activities when we stay in. We have done almost everything and can help you with area activities.
Fall is our favorite time of year at the beach. We have played golf, of course, shopped the outlets and the new shopping area, jet skied, sailed, fished, kayaked, gone to the aquarium, and even rented motorcycles for beach rides. The IMAX and Broadway at the Beach are close by. Bicycles can be rented in Kingston or by the beach. Dinner out is great and there are many choices... but for a five star experience we like Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, a 5 to 10 minute drive. From our place you can walk to the Hilton which is a relatively unknown gem serving mostly hotel guests. It has a spectacular ocean view, great food and great service, prices are very reasonable. Close by inexpensive favorites are Olive Garden, Red Lobster. The inset picture shows us dining out at Olive Garden nearby our place with the extended family who was also visiting the area.
Why the Owner Chose Richmond Park
We looked at many places, but liked this location for its easy access to the beach, as much as for its quiet and peaceful setting. We like to read books and Jerry likes to play classical guitar. This location is perfect for getting away, even during the summer high season. We decorated it to be warm and comfortable all year around. We also wanted a view of Lake Arrowhead and the beautiful tropical birds, palm trees, and the soft sound of the waves of the ocean. There is a pecan tree in our back yard!
Our friend Lis is unlike anyone in that she always ensures that our place is clean and fresh for us or our guests.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We like that when traveling with couples, there are two rooms that serve as master bedrooms. Each has a great view of the lake, its own bath, and is professionally decorated for a home away from home feel. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed, the other a queen. There is a third room for kids, and another bath.
Kingston is a great location. If you choose, you never have to leave its gated community with 24 hour security, but there is plenty to do close by. It’s close to Rt. 22 for quick access from Interstate 95. Our first stop is often the Wal-Mart (open 24 hrs. and just over a mile away) to supply our vacation with everything. The outlets are also very close. Sometimes we go a long weekend and restock our wardrobe for the coming year. All at a discount prices and from great stores like Brooks Brothers, Gap, Ralph Lauren, Johnston and Murphy, Jones New York. This kind of vacation pays for itself if you need clothes!

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach a few weeks ago. Kingston Plantation is a spectacular complex and this particular villa was amazing! We walked in the first day and were greeted by a housewarming gift - a bottle of white wine. What a special surprise! It is decorated like a model home and has 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony overlooks a quiet lake so while you're just a 5 minute walk from the ocean and splash park, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the water. We had 3 teenagers with us and they loved having their own bathrooms - girls shared one room and our son had the other bedroom/bathroom. Would absolutely stay here again if we visit Myrtle Beach in the future!

Just wanted to thank-you for our wonderful vacation. We had a great time! The weather was hot but sunny and we got to do a lot of fun things(Hard Rock Park,golfing,shopping, wonderful restaurants) Your villa is absolutely gorgeous. I love the way you have it decorated. It is very beautiful and tasteful. We had 6 condos all together at the family reunion, and everyone said that ours (yours) was the nicest. You can't beat the view. It is so peaceful there. I loved looking out over the water. We enjoyed just taking walks around the complex and visiting our relatives. It was especially nice to be so close to the pool. I will highly recommend your place to anyone I know, who is heading that way.

What an oasis! This villa is truly beautiful & reminiscent of a "Tommy Bahama" tropical escape. Beautiful decor, VERY clean, and has a spacious floor plan (perfect for families). The owners are very helpful & friendly. They sent us a wonderful packet of information containing their favorite restaurants, nearby stores, etc. The villa is located on Kingston Plantation which is a beautiful resort offering several pools and recreational activities. I would recommend this property to anyone who wishes to enjoy a relaxing vacation away from Myrtle Beach's hustle and bustle.

This is the perfect villa! The owners went out of their way to make this villa a "home away from home". It is roomy, comfortable, clean and the decor is beautiful. We can't wait to visit again. Do not hestitate to contact this owner. She was professional and friendly and even e-mailed me recommendations of restaurants in the area. We feel like the owner's are "old friends".
