This splendid family mansion, 250 square meters, with half-timberings, is an ancient dependence of the castle of Hellenvilliers. It has an ideal situation, with the doors of Normandy between Paris (100 Kilometers), the cathedral of Chartres (80 Kilometers), and the coast of Normandy (150 Kilometers).
It is the country of the small holidays all year long, between two valleys, a peaceful corner for a great puff of green with 7500 square meter of shaded park around the house, forest in the vicinity, and the central point to discover a rich area of history and artistic jewels, just a few kilometers of the main roads.
The first floor is composed of a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with large fire place, one bedroom, two bathrooms, and a large drawing room. The second floor has three bedrooms and half bathroom.
Closest train station is 6Km away and is called "Nonancourt"
