155 Layton Drive - located in The Quiet Resort. South Bethany is a family town with something for everyone. This well-kept canalfront home is ideal for crabbing, fishing or simply watching the boats cruise past, while relaxing on your deck or screened porch. A traffic light at the corner allows for a safe walk to a large, protected beach. Parking permits are also provided should you choose to drive.
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs and 1 powder-room down. A queen sleeper-sofa in the master bedroom provides extra room for small children. A second queen sleeper-sofa in the second family room makes those extra visitors feel welcome.
There is ample parking on the property. After a day at the beach, the children can keep occupied by playing games in the back-yard or on the safe cul-de-sac street.
