South Bethany, aka The Quiet Resort, is a family town with something for everyone. This well-kept canalfront home is ideal for crabbing, fishing or simply watching the boats cruise by while relaxing on your deck or screened porch. A traffic light at the corner provides a safe walk to the large, protected beach. Parking permits (2) make parking at the beach convenient.
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs and 1 powder-room down. A queen sofa-bed in the master bedroom sitting-area provides extra room for small children. A second queen sofa-bed in the living room makes visitors feel welcome.
There is ample parking on the property. After a day at the beach, the children can play in the back-yard or on the safe cul-de-sac street.
