BEACH SERVICE - Our beautiful beach front condo includes free beach service from March until mid October. Enjoy two complimentary padded wooden beach chairs and large umbrella. These chairs typically rent for $30+ per day, but are included when you stay with us! They are reserved exclusively for your use during your entire stay. Most Seychelles VRBO listings do not include complimentary beach service.
PARKING - Seychelles has a gated 3 level parking garage. During the summer each guest can park one car in the garage. Have 2 cars? No problem! We have leased an extra parking spot in a surface lot next door.

PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED - Our vacation condominium is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It comfortably sleeps six with a KING-size bed in the master bedroom, a bunk area, and a queen-size hide-a-bed in the living area. Our condo has two full baths, a breakfast bar, separate dining area, and a large great room with a spectacular view of the beach, ocean and pool deck. The fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, built-in microwave, coffee maker, and blender.

BACK AGAIN , LOVED THE CONDO. SO COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING. THE VIEW IS BEAUTIFUL ESPECIALY THE SUNSET... EVERY THING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED IS HERE IN THIS WELL MAINTAINED CONDO. GREAT FOR COUPLES GET AWAY, BUT WILL SLEEP 6. JEFF IS GREAT TO WORK WITH, EVEN REARRANGED HIS VACATION SO WE COULD HAVE IT ON OUR TIME SCHEDULE. THANKS JEFF. BEST PLACE TO EAT IS DEE'S HANGOUT FOR SEAFOOD. DOWN BY WALMART... REASONABLE PRICED AND GOOD. HOPE TO RETURN HERE AGAIN SOON. We found the condo to be very lovely and roomy. It was comfortable with 6 people. There were plenty of linens and the condo contained everything we needed. The owner was very easy to work with and we got our deposit back within one day of our return. We had no problem with the elevators. There was usually little to no wait for the elevators. This has been a problem in other high rise condos we have visited. We had a family member also stay at this resort who was in a wheelchair. We found the resort to be very accessible. The chairs and umbrella were an added treat. It was nice not having to carry chairs to the beach. We hope to stay here again!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at PCB and what a great place that you have there. The accommodations were outstanding. It was by far the cleanest condo that we have ever stayed in at PCB. Checking in was also a pleasant experience and it was so nice not to have to worry about losing the room key in the ocean or sand. The beach chairs were great too and right on the front row nearest the ocean. The sunsets during our stay were incredible too. Four nights out of six, the sun just disappeared into the ocean.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our long weekend at this Seychelles condo was delightful. The condo was beautifully decorated, supplied with everything we could possibly need (including boogie boards, card games, movies, and books), and the view from the balcony was incredible. We had only a short time to stay, but hope to go back to this lovely vacation get away soon and spend more time soaking up the sun and the family oriented atmosphere. Definitely a two-thumbs up experience!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

GREAT CONDO, CLEAN , NEAT, EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT OR NEED. VIEW WAS FANTASTIC, POOLS COOL AND HOT TUB HOT. FURNISHING AND WALL HANGING DECORATED REALLY NICE. OWNER VERY HELPFUL WITH ALL QUESTIONS AND WORKED WITH US ON A SHORT NOTICE VACATION. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. REALLY NICE FOR 2 PEOPLE BUT WILL SLEEP UPTO 6. About the owner: Jeff and Terri love Panama City Beach. Terri grew up taking family vacations in Panama City Beach and she has many great memories from those vacations. We love Panama City Beach because of the great beaches, crystal clear water, and all the dining, shopping, and entertainment options close by.
Why the Owner Chose Seychelles:
We love the location of Seychelles on Thomas Drive, which is less crowded and is so close the St. Andrews Nature Preserve. Having Schooners next door is great for lunch or to watch some live music. Seychelles staff is the best on the beach.
