NEWS FROM THE BEACH (10/22/11) - Just got back from a great week on the beach! Great weather with several days in the 80's. We also updated the condo with new carpet, paint, and did our fall deep cleaning. It's a great time to visit!

BEACH SERVICE - Our beautiful beach front condo includes free beach service from April until mid October. Enjoy two complimentary padded wooden beach chairs and large umbrella. These chairs typically rent for $30/day, but are included when you stay with us! They are reserved exclusively for your use during your entire stay. Most Seychelles VRBO listings do not include complimentary beach service.

Why the Owner Chose Seychelles
We love the location of Seychelles on Thomas Drive, which is less crowded and is so close the St. Andrews Nature Preserve. Having Schooners next door is great for lunch or to watch some live music. Seychelles staff is the best on the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Everyone loves taking advantage of the complimentary beach service that is included when you rent our condo. It gives you exclusive use of two large padded wood beach loungers and large umbrellas.
St. Andrews is a beautiful state park on the beach. It's a short walk from our condo. You can go shelling on the beach, fish on the pier, or take a ferry to Shell Island.
A great place to take a jet ski tour to Shell Island, rent a pontoon boat, etc.

My boyfriend and I just returned from Panama City Beach and were pleased with the condo. The rooms were clean and the condo had everything we could possibly need. Schooners being next door was a great plus and the fact that our beach chairs were on the live web cam gave everyone back home a way to see us on vacation! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home! We had everything we needed in the kichen, the beach closet was great, and the beach chairs were so nice to have! I will definately recommend this condo to my friends & family! We hope to stay at this condo again next year!

We had a great time in this condo this year. It was our first time to Panama City as a family. This condo was perfect for a family of 5. Everything was so nice and clean. Wouldn't change a thing! Can't wait to go back next year...or soon if we can!

Absolutely enjoyed your condo! The unit was very clean and very comfortable. Perfect PC Beach location and convenient to everything around Panama City Beach area. The owners provided beach chairs, floats, etc which was a huge convenience for us! I would highly recommend this unit. You will not be disappointed!

My daughter was playing in a softball tourney and we had a great week. The condo fit us perfectly. It was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. We are already planning the same trip next year so you will be hearing from me.

Don't change anything! Well equipped kitchen and clean. All the extras were really appreciated: WIFI, fan, good cookware, video games. Hallway bunk beds with two bathrooms made for a great stay. Condo staff was friendly.

We stayed in Seychelles Unit #1303 and absolutely enjoyed it. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The condo was right on the beach and convenient to everything around Panama City Beach area. The owners provided beach chairs, floats, etc which was a huge convenience for us! I would highly recommend Unit #1303!!! You will not be disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Unit 1303, Seychelles, from Jan. to March 8, 2008. The unit was clean, well furnished, easily accessible and had a nicely heated pool, even in the very cold days and evenings of January. We also enjoyed the fitness centre. The parking was convenient as were many good restaurants and other attractions. We would highly recommend the unit.
