The villa home has five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, and is situated on an oversized lot in a beautiful, peaceful development. It is fully air-conditioned and has an intercom/radio system for the whole house. All the living areas are open plan with vaulted ceilings, and it is furnished to a high standard.
On the ground floor there is - a master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom, including a walk-in shower and his and hers basins, with two walk-in wardrobes, one with an in-room safe, as well as patio doors to the pool area and cable television.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, cooker range, dishwasher, coffeemaker, refrigerator, freezer as well as all utensils, glassware, and crockery you would expect from a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a separate table and chairs in the kitchen 'nook'. The family/living room is very spacious with comfortable sofas, cable television, VCR, DVD player, and music system. There is a formal dining area with dining table and chairs. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, with iron and ironing board, and this leads into the double garage. Also downstairs there is a separate toilet.
Outside there is - a large, screened heated swimming pool and separate spa. The pool deck is oversized with a 'lanai', with pool furniture and for the children, pool toys. A gas barbeque is also available. There are lovely views onto the lake and the pool enjoys the sun all through the day.
On the first floor there are - four further bedrooms, two are twins and two being doubles. They all have large built-in wardrobes. There are two further full-size bathrooms on this level. One of the children's bedrooms also includes a Playstation Two.
Extras include - a cot and highchair available at no extra cost, and a sofa bed in the living room that ensures the house can sleep up to twelve people and an infant. All linen and towels are provided, and our local management company are on hand 24 hours a day for any emergency assistance that may be required. They are also able to arrange discounted attraction tickets for your stay.

Year Purchased: 2005
We are a family of 4 who love the villa and surrounding area. We regularly travel to the villa and spend time with the kids at the theme parks which are 5 minutes away. During the hotter parts of the day we retire to the villa and spent our time by the secluded pool.
Why the Owner Chose Pinewood
We chose to buy our vacation rental in this location is it is in a quite location on an oversized corner plot. We have views of lakes at the rear and the front of the property and are secluded enough to be not overlooked.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
There are a lot of local shops nearby which means that we do not have to waste our vacation times travelling to shops for provisions. Nearby there is a Publix Supermarket, BustBuy store, as sports store and many others.

Dear Phil and Susan, Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home in Davenport. Our children had a wonderful time swimming, & enjoying the sunny weather. Your home was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities. The outside grounds were very well taken care of .It was very easy to get to, and very close to all the outlets. This home was a good value: a good price for a roomy home located only 15 minutes from Disneyworld. A few minor issues on check in were quickly adressed. The home is outfitted as listed, but the availability of a barbecue grill will change following our stay - verify how that works before you book. There were a couple of cases of bugs or lizards in the house, especially in one bathroom, but these are not unusual for a Florida house. The home shows some wear and tear, such as in the light colored carpets and walls, but everything important worked fine - Kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, etc. You will need to buy most consumables for your stay including toilet paper and soap. But there are plenty of towels and linens. There is a pool door alarm, required by local law - adults must open/close for younger children. Jacuzzi is part of pool so it has same water temperature as pool and bubbling takes a long time to start up, but great once it's going. Downstairs remains cool, upstairs is a bit less cool. The setting is a quiet neighborhood with some other rental units next door and nearby, and it is surrounded by ponds and wetlands which means lots of night time frog noise and birds in the morning. There is a common use area next to the house on one side where neighbors walk their dogs. On the other side is another rental home.

Renting this villa was my first and I was a bit nervous. But it turned out to be an excellent experience. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. I was impress with the professionalism of the whole process. I highly recommend this villa. You can't beat all the you get for the prize.

All 10 of us were very comfortable in this large house. The proximity to Universal Studios, Disney World, SeaWorld and even the Kennedy Space Centre Museum is not too far away. The directions received prior to our arrival made navigation very simple and the "book of conveniences" at the house helped us find other facilities. We would recommend this property for rent to a family group. There is room for everyone.

We stayed in this home for more than 2 weeks during the Christmas Holiday. It was a fantastic stay for us! The location was absolutely wonderful. We did not think that we would be as close to DisneyWorld as we were. Not to mention the various day trips we took, great location! The home was very clean. The pool was used almost daily. Our only regret was that we didn't stay at "home" as much as we would have liked to as we had so many other things to do. Fabulous dining was just a few miles away. Endless entertainment was always near. We loved having the shopping center close by. We would definately visit this property again. Phil has always been prompt in answering emails and the property managers were just a phone call away while we were there and were very helpful. What else can I say except that we throughly enjoyed our stay, loved the home and location and wished we were still there! We would highly recommend this property for families. We had a fantastic time and found the accommodations more than adequate for our party of 3 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. Thank you for offering this property for vacation rental. Linda & Mike

We took our family to florida and stayed in this lovely home. The house was everything we hoped it would be and more. We had 7 in our party and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was great & the location of the home was close to all the attractions. We are planning on staying in this home on every trip to florida in the future. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice , clean home at a very reasonable price.great vacation home !!

It is an ideal home for those in search of a comfortable spacious place in a quiet and peacefull setting. It is not a new home so the appliances have their share of wear and tear but remain functional. The pool offers a great deal of privacy and is equiped with a pretty scenic background. Overall it was a great stay at a fair deal.

Lots of space in this home-We took our 4 children and sister in law and did not feel crowded. The last morning we were at the home there were even hot air balloons flying behind the house. Location is in a quiet neighborhood and there was virtually no traffic. We travel to the area yearly, this house was not the newest house we have ever stayed is but was probobly the best value. Will stay here again if possible.
