Beautiful private property. Condo oceanfront. Start your day with palm trees and an ocean view. Fully equipped apartment. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for use. The master bedroom has a single bed and a double bed. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed. Easily sleeps six people. The property includes an air conditioner unit in both rooms, in the kitchen there is a ceiling fan installed and in the living room there is another ceiling fan and a large air conditioner unit (which can be included for an extra cost of $150). The property is closed with a personal security guard and 2 dedicated parking spaces. Small play area on site for young children. Outdoor shower and bathroom near gazebo property. Walking distance to grocery store, local restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and increasingly popular 'kiosks'. The close atractions are El Yunque rainforest, horseback riding, canopy tours, go carts, 4-wheelers, bioluminescent bay kayaking; all at a 10 minute drive.
You can dive in Fajardo, taking the ferry to Culebra and Vieques (Fajardo) - 20 minute drive. The apartment has available a guestbook with suggestions of where to eat and activities available in the area. Come experience the beautiful Puerto Rico at Luquillo!

My husband and I chose to stay Millie's apartment for our one year anniversary/honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier! The location was perfect for what we wanted.... The beach. The apartment is right on the beach. If you walk 15 minutes one way you get to the calm public beach in Luquillo. But if you choose to walk 15 minutes in the other direction you get to a beach with a bit more surf. Close to the apartment are the kiosks with a wide range of cuisine and prices. We ate there almost every day for one of our meals. We also went to the grocery store and Walgreens that were about a mile away. Millie's apartment was so nice to come home to every day. It was in a very quiet part of Luquillo; the building is at the end of the street. The place looked exactly like the pictures in her posting. We felt at home right away. I wish we would've taken advantage of the grill and stove! It also helped that the realty office was so accommodating. We arrived after office hours in Luquillo and Enoch stayed at the office until we arrived to give us the keys. Hopefully my husband and I will be able to come back and be able to catch a baseball game at the field in town!Owner response: Dear Milena, I really appreciate your beautiful review. We had a lovely time in Luiquillo. This apartment was very clean and the real estate agent was so nice and helpful. We loved the back patio and the short 20 minute walk to the grocery store and public beach. It was very nice to have a gated community, we felt very safe. I highly recommend this rental to people with kids or anyone really. It was a 70 dollar cab ride from the airport. Very reasonable. First of all let me say that the place is very nice, clean and equipped. Right on the beach... On the other hand, the Realtor will charge you another 3% if you paid with major credit card, so have a money order ready if you don't wish to paid extra. Don't plan to stay more than a couple of days, the owner have all closets, wardrobes, and drawers full of their personal things, so there is barely space for yours. If your party is larger than 2 people, prepare to move some of the furniture outside, it takes so much space that is very difficult for more than 2 person to fit right in the LIVING ROOM! Very impersonal, I prefer to deal directly with the owner instead don't count with the Realtor if you need something or report anything...you won't find them. Like I said, Just somethings that bother...Owner response: Hi Alejandro, I'm sorry to hear this. But I have to agree with your opinion, first, the things that are in closets, drawers, etc. are for the guests use. We have had parties of 6 people and personally have had 12 family members staying at the same time with us and there was no problem with space and also on my HomeAway page there are pictures of the inside of the property for you to see if it is the right size for you and if it was to your liking. If you could not contact the real estate agent, you should have contacted me, that is why I give you my email and phone numbers on every email I send, most of my tenants always give me a call to resolve any situations they have, I always answer emails and phone calls and solve their problems. We have never had a tenant who had these problems. Sorry you had some drawbacks, but I was never notified of the situation, therefore, I could not call you and help you love your stay. I traveled with my Daughter and Grand Daughters.We found this condo apartment very clean and temperature comfortable.The kitchen comes full equipped for large meal.We even grilled in the back patio which is very private.Having a washer and dryer is such a plus for families.no need to pack alot.Their are beach toys and chairs.there is nothing the owners have not thought of.Your private beach is just a few steps away.just unlock the gate and there it is.soft sand and crystal clear waters.a perfect wading pool for young children.for swimming just walk 10 minutes to the left and visit the famous Luquillo beach.it is certainly very beautiful.I loved this apartment.I will return and make it my home away from home.so tucked away and secluded.On our drive there is I found this small community the most quiet and private.I am planning to spend a month here so needless to say,I enjoyed this unit very much and the family also.Owner response: Dear Aida, I really appreciate your beautiful review. Oh, my gosh! What a lovely hide away paradise! We found the accomodations to be in excellent condition, and the owners have gone out of their way to make this a true "home away from home" experience with everything one needs from kitchen appliances and cooking utensils to lovely furniture, and a back deck overlooking a nature setting. The short walk to the Luquillo Balneario (public beach) is loaded with sea grape trees, noni trees, coconut palms, etc. and tropical vegetation and it was such a breath taking stroll! The reward at the other end was also spectacular with the view of the Yunque rain forest while we bathed in the tranquil waters. I live in FL and I have never seen any beach setting as lovely as this one! In my opinion, this is the best kept secret location in PR (shhhhh, I want it all to myself) and look forward to returning soon. There is a Walgreens and an "Amigo" local supermarket owned by Walmart just a mile from the apt. where you can obtain all the basics within close shopping. Just five miles down Hwy #3 there is a Walmart and other shops and restaurants in Fajardo. Who needs to stay in busy metro San Juan area when you can have it all in the "eco" north east side of the island? One can easily take a trip into San Juan to enjoy the old city and then relax in paradise again at night. Ahhhh! Our favorite eateries were Lolitas Mexican restaurant in Fajardo (just a couple of miles down the road on Hwy #3), LeLoLai in Fajardo where we ate "tapas" and if you want a spectacular view (good but slightly pricey food) go to Richie's Cafe just past the Rio Mar Hotel where they have live music on weekends.
