  An amazin week on Miami Beach. We are not questioning the department. The location is perfect, the hotel services are correct and the beach is very nice. The only thing that may be a trouble is the building construction neighbor. Moreover, we had a wonderful stay.

  We had to leave the condo earlier due to reasons I will list below. First of all the place was dirty. There were hairs all over the place (over the sheets, in the bathroom) and some of the towels were dirty too. Also there were considerable amount of dust. Overall the cleanliness was 1 out of 5. Furthermore the lightning in the small room was not enough. And there was substantial noise due to heavy traffic (the place needs better isolation) and the construction. So we left the condo and I contacted the owner and sent her reasons why we had to leave. She said she was sorry and said "sounds like someone stayed there without permission. I will refund you for the nights you did not stay". She never refunded as it has been 4 months and dozens of emails. Anyway, stay away!

  First off, Eunice is very accomodating and will do everything she can to help you out. The hotel is clean with an amazing pool area and the beach is right outside the gate. The beach is kept very clean and is not terribly crowded. The location of the hotel is great with plenty of places to eat. We didn't have a car so if you're heading to south beach, lincoln rd., etc. you will need to get a taxi or take a bus. We usually took the bus as it was the cheaper option ($2 one way per person) and the nearest bus stop was only a 2 minute walk away. A taxi is usually much quicker than the bus but also alot more expensive. This hotel is on 65th street and there isn't much besides hotels between there and around 17th street. However, it was nice to stay in a more quiet area and then just hop on a bus and head south when we wanted to find some nightlife, shopping, restaurants, or bars. Overall, the location, distance to the beach, awesome pool area, and the incredible Eunice make this the perfect rental in Miami Beach. We would definitely love to stay here again.

  Overall the condo was well represented by everything in the photos and the description. The hotel is not luxurious, but nice enough and clean and safe. It is a bit worn around the edges, but I think the condo is very appropriately priced and everything in the unit itself was new. Besides us, the hotel was almost exclusively European tourists. Eunice, the owner, was very easy to work with and even rented a crib for our daughter, at no extra charge! She stocked the fridge and provided basically anything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with the North Beach area. Just behind the condo there is a walking path along the beach, connecting it to the surrounding hotels and public park areas. We walked it every day and there are a lot of nice people that frequent the area--mostly older people walking dogs and younger people jogging. The beach itself is very clean, well maintained, and was virtually empty while we were there. The neighborhood has some nice restaurants-- we especially liked the Canyon Ranch resort restaurant and Mr. Taco, both within walking distance. There are places to buy groceries in the neighborhood, but no formal grocery store. Go to South Beach for your best bet on that, with Publix and Whole Foods. To see much of Miami you will need a car. Parking is easy, and $10 a day. One note of warning- there is a new hotel going up next door and at times there was loud construction outside of our window. It goes on between 9am and 5pm.

  We really enjoyed our stay here!the condo was comfortable, very neat and clean, and was fully stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.great location, and only have positive to say, would definately reccomend it!

  We stayed here for 10 Days and everything is just like on the pictures, a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. We never used the pool area, because the beach isn't far, very nice and not crowded at all. But it's still a nice pool area. The location is great for those who doesn't like it to loud in the evening. You still have many places to eat and a Walgreens just 2 blocks from there. We went there without a car. We didn't need one, because the bus is driving here. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel to north beach and to south beach you only have to walk 2 minutes. Last, but not least Eunice is a very nice person and did everything she can do to help us out. We would love to stay here again.
