We have 3 houses available for rent, all located about 30 miles south of the San Diego border in the communities of Calafia and Las Gaviotas. In both communities, the surf breaks are great for the beginner or avid surfer. World class golf courses are nearby, along with Fox studios, several spas, horseback riding, and of course, lots of shopping. Both commubities are gated and guarded 24 hours a day by English speaking security guards and are located only a few miles from each other.
The first house, Villa Pacifica,is a 3 bedroom oceanfront villa in the community of Calafia. Calafia is a beautiful ocean side community that is gated and guarded with 24 hour english-speaking security, a pool, several hot tubs, beach, tennis, and workout areas. The vila has gorgeous unobstructed ocean views. The villa has 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and gorgeous ocean views up the coast. The other two bedrooms contain a queen bed and two twin beds. The villa comes complete with large patio & patio furniture, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fireplace, 2 TV's, barbeque, stereo, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Wireless internet is available in the lobby.
The second two properties are located in the quaint community of Las-Gaviotas. Las-Gaviotas is a beautiful, hillside, ocean front community with private beach, pool, hot tub, putting green, volleyball court, shuffleboard court, and tennis court located just 30 minutes south of the border. The cobblestone streets, palm trees, bougainvillea, beautiful gardens and gorgeous blue ocean make it truly spectacular!
In Las Gaviotas, Bella Vista, our 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is located just row back from the beach and has captivating views from the master bedroom and living room. The upstairs of the house contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, courtyard, fireplace, and fabulous large balcony. All bedrooms are extremely large. The master bedroom has a king size bed, it’s own personal bathroom, deck, and fabulous ocean views. The second bedroom hosts a double bed and three single beds while the third bedroom contains a queen bed. Downstairs is a one bedroom apartment with queen size bed, pull out couch, bathroom and a second full kitchen. The house can be rented as a 4 bedroom or as a 3 bedroom.
Villa Tortuga, our 3 bedroom, 3 bath house in Las-Gaviotas is located right next door to Bella Vista. It has 3 master suites with two queen beds and one king bed. The house comes fully equipped for your vacation needs and has gorgeous ocean views.
All houses are well equipped. The kitchens contains all the necessary amenities for great meals, along with a blender, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Bella Vista has an additional full-size kitchen downstairs. All houses have TV's, DVD’s, VCR’s, stereo, and barbeque. Wireless broadband internet service and free US phone is also included in Bella Vista. Villa Tortuga and Villa Pacifica have wireless internet. Linens and shower towels are provided. Just bring your own beach towels!
