This fabulous oceanfront villa is located approximately 20 miles south of the San Diego border in the communities of Calafia, just next to the famous Calafia Hotel. The surf breaks are great for the beginner or avid surfer. World class golf courses are nearby, along with Fox studios, several spas, horseback riding, and of course, lots of shopping. Dolphins are often seen frolicking in the water and whales can also be spotted.
Villa Pacifica is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, oceanfront villa in the community of Calafia. Calafia is a beautiful ocean side community that is gated and guarded with 24 hour english-speaking security, two pools, several hot tubs, saunas, beach, tennis ,sport court, shuffelboard, pool table, and workout areas. The villa has gorgeous unobstructed ocean views. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with gorgeous ocean views up the coast. The other two bedrooms contain a queen bed and two twin beds. The villa comes complete with large patio & patio furniture, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fireplace, 2 TV's, DVD player, gas and charcoal barbeques, stereo, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Free wireless internet is also available.
The kitchens contains all the necessary amenities for great meals, along with a blender, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Linens and shower towels are provided. Just bring your own beach towels!
