My Wife & I stayed at this Condo January & February 2011 - We had a blast this unit is in a perfect location even though the weather was a bit cool this year it didn't matter as the patio has a direct Southern exposure you get Sun all day which made it feel 20 deg warmer then the actual temperature. Everything you need is in walking from the Condo .Cha Bones restaurant across the street is an excellent place to dine. Always something to do in Havasu Balloon festival, fireworks display, Rockabilly Festival just to mention a few . Lindy and Eric were "Great" to deal with hopefully we can return next year. I would recommend this Condo & City to friends and relatives.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+.

This condo is beautiful inside and out, location is amazing, views are unbeatable and owners are fantastic. The condo was clean, upscale and quiet, pictures do not do justice! The owners were more than accomodating and went above and beyond for our special stay when we adopted our newborn daughter and were new to the area. Great place, great price, great location! Will stay over and over!
