Inside North Coast Village you will find Strolling Paths leading you through Lush Tropical Grounds complete with Fern Grottos, Waterfalls, Fountains, Wooden Bridges crossing over Streams, and Koi Ponds. Our condo, with its LOCATION & VIEWS is perfect for Honeymoon, Romance, Family Vacation, Adventure, Relaxation, or any combination of the above.
Our condo has unobstructed Pier, Whitewater, and Beach Views from every room. It sleeps four comfortably (five are allowed with special consideration). The condo has a king bed in the bedroom where you can fall asleep and wake up listening and watching the surf. In the living room is a very comfortable queen, pull-out sofa. There is also a twin pull out bed.
Enjoy the outstanding view from the tall, swiveling, balcony chairs while sipping champagne on the balcony. Everything you need from linens to a full kitchen is provided (see amenities list) including boogie boards, beach towels, beach umbrella, and sand toys to make you feel comfortable and at home.
North Coast Village is a gated community with 24 hour on-grounds, security patrol and office. All of this in a beautiful complex with elevators making it accessible to more people. Outside the complex, there are a multitude of choices. You won't have to cross any roads to get to the beach.
A short walk to the pier brings you a chance to enjoy fishing, sightseeing, people watching, or eating in a Ruby's Restaurant.
An equally short walk-in the other direction brings you to the beautiful Marina where you will find fine dining, casual restaurants, coffeehouse with live music, whale watching, fishing trips, Wave Runners, and gift shops.
Drive to Carlsbad to shop in its unique village atmosphere or visit LegoLand. Short drives to the east bring you Casinos and San Diego Zoo Wildlife Park. Most guests say they never left the Condo, Pier, Marina...the Oceanside area.
Looking for additional adventure? Within a short driving distance to the south you can visit the many nearby beach communities. Each offers a distinct and different atmosphere and restaurant opportunities. Drive a little farther south to San Diego or Tijuana Mexico.
San Diego offers the Gas Lamp District for shopping and Jazz Music, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Old Town, the Chargers and the Padres. A short trip north is Anaheim with Disneyland, Disney's new California Adventure, and Knottsberry Farm. A little farther north is Los Angeles where you have a variety of theatre, art, and professional sports teams.

We had a wonderful time. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is perfectly located, with such a lovely beach just steps away. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and never too crowded. Very easy access to parking, laundry, and of course swimming and the beach. We would love to stay there again sometime!! We highly recommend this condo!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The last 4 years we have traveled to this area in Sept./Oct. this is by far the best condo we have rented. The owners were a pleasure to do business with and their web page is very accurate. The condo was clean, well equipped and close to everything. The condo complex is terrific and maintained like a 5 star hotel. The underground and gated parking was a treat (especially for the beach). The onsite complex staff was very helpful for our "guest" parking. We will return next year and look forward to this condo. Our recent stay in Oceanside at North Coast Village was "out of this world"! My family and I spent 7 days there -- -- We have been back home now for a few weeks ---- but I can STILL hear those ocean waves crashing against the rocks and piers! The views, sights, sounds and smells are set in my mind and I will never "lose" those memories - experiences. It was an amazing vacation for us; I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a week! It was an un-forgettable vacation for us all -- the beach was spectacular -- the views un-matched and will remain in our minds for a very long time. The listing description accurately matched the location. We spent most of our time at the Beach; my 10-year old Grand Daughter has never been to the Ocean and she is a "natural" at boogie-boarding and wants to work at SeaWorld and be a "surfer" when she grows up!!!! We had a lot of fun going to Sea World, shopping, eating and going to the Pier. We always ended our day (if not the whole day) however, at the beach; and how lovely it was to go "home" to the condo where we ate, laughed and thanked the Lord for each lovely day we had. The Properties were very clean and well maintained -- the grounds people were very friendly. We certainly plan on going back -- there is a lot to see and do in San Diego; and I can't wait to get back to the Ocean. See and hear the ocean from your private patio. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Condo is within short walking distance to the harbor with restaurants. It is located on a very nice family beach. A short walk to the pier, you will find a nice playground for the kids, while you can have a cup of coffee from the coffee vendor or great fish tacos at the Tin Fish. The condo photos and listing are accurate to what you will find when you get there. Only about 10-15 min drive from LegoLand. We plan to visit this vacation rental again and again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

We are leaving this morning and don't want to go. This condo was perfect, we don't have one complaint. It is easy access to Legoland, San Diego Zoo and much more. We were torn between site seeing and just hanging out on the beach. The condo and NCV facility was clean and staff is friendly. Walking distance to great food, surfing lessons (ask for Mike at Surfinfire, great with kids), bike rental, and did I mention how great the beach is!!!!!! Thanks John and Joann! We would definitely come back again and again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We loved the condo. It is very comfortable, clean and convenient. The view is spectacular and you can hear the ocean roaring day and night. It is a quick trip to the sandy beach. I was looking for a week's respite from work by the sea, and this lovely condo filled the bill. John and Joann went the extra mile to insure my comfort, and that was much appreciated. Looking out at the beach from any room, you definitely feel you are "on the ocean'. This is the third time I have been at this complex. The grounds are impeccable, the pool area is nicely done, and the security is top notch. I found good shopping and enough restaurants for any diet, including an organic food restaurant that I visited more than once. The nearby coffee house by the pier was another favorite, while walking the beach was a daily routine. All the best!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time at your condo this past week! The new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are beautiful! The kids had a great time renting bikes down by the pier, eating at Ruby's, boogie boarding, going to Legoland, picking strawberries, walking to get ice cream, trying surfing for the first time, having a hot dog roast and making smores on the beach, visiting the Mormon Batallion visitor's center in Old Town, playing pool, warming up in the jacuzzi after hours in the ocean, watching cable TV at night, and just plain enjoying being outdoors all day long! About the owner: My wife JoAnn & I met when she did an Escrow on a house I was buying. When the house closed excrow, I asked her out and we have now been married for more than 15 years. She is the love of my life. We have one Rescue doog that is a Rhodesiad Ridgeback/Fox Hound Mix. She is wonderfull.
Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village:
The Ocanside Beach in front of our condo is one of the top beaches in the United states for Surfing, Swimming, Boogie Boarding, Skim Boarding, Tanning, and Relaxing in the Sun.
We fond our condo by mistake. We had gone to Oceanside to look at a different one. Thank goodness for mistakes. We know own what we consider the one bedroom condo with the best views and location that rents in North Coast Village. If you want to know why just watch our you tube video.
North Coast Village has everything we look for when we look for a Beach Vacation:
A really nice beach with lifeguards in season,
A really large asthetically pleasing pool with its brand new remodeled restrooms and waterfall,

Miles of trails with waterfalls, streams and koipond full of the largest koi you have ever seen.
All of this in a gated community with our own personal parking space.
