Inside North Coast Village you will find Strolling Paths leading you through Lush Tropical Grounds complete with Fern Grottos, Waterfalls, Fountains, Wooden Bridges crossing over Streams, and Koi Ponds. Our condo, with its LOCATION & VIEWS is perfect for Honeymoon, Romance, Family Vacation, Adventure, Relaxation, or any combination of the above.
Our condo has unobstructed Pier, Whitewater, and Beach Views from every room. It sleeps four comfortably (five are allowed with special consideration). The condo has a king bed in the bedroom where you can fall asleep and wake up listening and watching the surf. In the living room is a very comfortable queen, pull-out sofa. There is also a twin pull out bed.
Enjoy the outstanding view from the tall, swiveling, balcony chairs while sipping champagne on the balcony. Everything you need from linens to a full kitchen is provided (see amenities list) including boogie boards, beach towels, beach umbrella, and sand toys to make you feel comfortable and at home.
North Coast Village is a gated community with 24 hour on-grounds, security patrol and office. All of this in a beautiful complex with elevators making it accessible to more people. Outside the complex, there are a multitude of choices. You won't have to cross any roads to get to the beach.
A short walk to the pier brings you a chance to enjoy fishing, sightseeing, people watching, or eating in a Ruby's Restaurant.
An equally short walk-in the other direction brings you to the beautiful Marina where you will find fine dining, casual restaurants, coffeehouse with live music, whale watching, fishing trips, Wave Runners, and gift shops.
Drive to Carlsbad to shop in its unique village atmosphere or visit LegoLand. Short drives to the east bring you Casinos and San Diego Zoo Wildlife Park. Most guests say they never left the Condo, Pier, Marina...the Oceanside area.
Looking for additional adventure? Within a short driving distance to the south you can visit the many nearby beach communities. Each offers a distinct and different atmosphere and restaurant opportunities. Drive a little farther south to San Diego or Tijuana Mexico.
San Diego offers the Gas Lamp District for shopping and Jazz Music, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Old Town, the Chargers and the Padres. A short trip north is Anaheim with Disneyland, Disney's new California Adventure, and Knottsberry Farm. A little farther north is Los Angeles where you have a variety of theatre, art, and professional sports teams.

I met my wife JoAnn when she did an Escrow on a house I was buying. When the house closed excrow, I asked her out and we have now been married for more than 15 years. She is the love of my life. We have two resuce dogs. One is a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Black Doberman Mix and the other is a Rhodesiad Ridgeback/Coon Mix. They are both sonderfull.
Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village
The Ocanside Beach in front of our condo is one of the top beaches in the United states for Surfing, Swimming, Boogie Boarding, Skim Boarding, Tanning, and Relaxing in the Sun.
We fond our condo by mistake. We had gone to Oceanside to look at a different one. Thank goodness for mistakes. We know own what we consider the one bedroom condo with the best views and location that rentsin North Coast Village. Our favouite activities have to be sitting on the balcony having a cocktail as the sun goes down (or any anytime for that matter), walking on the beach, and either sitting in the jacuzzid or laying out next to the beautiful pool.

I was looking for a week's respite from work by the sea, and this lovely condo filled the bill. John and Joann went the extra mile to insure my comfort, and that was much appreciated. Looking out at the beach from any room, you definitely feel you are "on the ocean'. This is the third time I have been at this complex. The grounds are impeccable, the pool area is nicely done, and the security is top notch. I found good shopping and enough restaurants for any diet, including an organic food restaurant that I visited more than once. The nearby coffee house by the pier was another favorite, while walking the beach was a daily routine. All the best!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time at your condo this past week! The new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are beautiful! The kids had a great time renting bikes down by the pier, eating at Ruby's, boogie boarding, going to Legoland, picking strawberries, walking to get ice cream, trying surfing for the first time, having a hot dog roast and making smores on the beach, visiting the Mormon Batallion visitor's center in Old Town, playing pool, warming up in the jacuzzi after hours in the ocean, watching cable TV at night, and just plain enjoying being outdoors all day long! Thank you for letting us call D204 home for week!

A little over 1 year ago our daughter moved to Oceanside from Canton, Michigan, a suburb just east of Ann Arbor. This was our first trip to visit her, and we have found our Oceanside home. The property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Our balcony overlooked the Pacific, where we could watch the waves and surfers every day. Every night we left our windows open so we could hear the calming sounds of the waves lull us to sleep, which sure didn't take very long! The grounds are beautiful. John and Jo Ann were also very accommodating in allowing us to check in a day early without an additional charge. My wife and I strongly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation .

John and JoAnn, We wanted to let you know how wonderful the kitchen/bathroom countertops look. The granite counters and new faucets are exquisite. This was our 5th year at the condo and we realized how much we missed it last year. It is a fantastic getaway from the gray skies of Portland. We will be back again next year for sure.

This March will be our third trip to Oceanside and we will of course be staying at John & JoAnns condo. This is by far one of the nicest condos. we have ever stayed at. It has all the ammenities one could ask for and then some. It is very spacious, clean and quality throughout. It is perfectly located in a secured complex right on the ocean and within walking distance to all shopping.The view is exactly as promised, full and unobstructed. In a word-SPECTACULAR.John and JoAnn are a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend that you look no further and book this condo. for your next visit to Oceanside but you had better book early if you plan to book the same dates as us. We just got back from Rockin' Baja - you're right, we left full - in fact, with food for breakfast. We loved staying at your condo! On the way back from dinner, we started plotting how we can come back again next year. It's a great location; after driving around La Jolla today and dealing with their traffic problems, we were glad we ended up in Oceanside. I'm amazed at how little traffic gridlock there was even during rush-hour between here and San Diego. This was the perfect "home base" for all our travels. The girls loved the pool, the spa the beach and the sunsets in addition to all the shops in town! I loved that it was a safe place to let them wander without a parent always by their side. Thanks for a wonderful place to spend our Spring Break. We hope to be back someday.

Dear John and JoAnn, We just returned from our much needed vacation in Oceanside. I was not disappointed in anything. How rare for a vacation to live up to or exceed expectations. Your condo was perfect. So homey in fact, that we couldn't wait to get back to relax every time we went somewhere. Wow! What a view of the surf, from inside the unit! We have been in at least 20 other NCV units and none have had the straight on view from inside the unit. We watched the dolphins frolick in the surf every morning. We walked to the harbor each day to see the seals playing in the harbor waters. We walked along the beach each day and admired the sea shells on the sand. Our grandsons spent hours in the beautiful pool and spa at NCV. We had a wonderful stay. John and JoAnns beach retreat (D204) had everything we needed for our visit. Very comfortable king bed too. We look forward to returning there soon, and with the very reasonable rate, we will.
