This is yours, just 150 feet from the front of this beautiful house. A quiet and uncrowded six-mile walking beach with shallow water that is perfect for children, novice surfers and swimmers.

This house is a very private upstairs unit with it's own patio, barbeque area, and secure gated entry. The wrap around deck overlooks the Pacific Ocean in the front, mountains, and estuary (bird sanctuary) of Punta Banda in the back. You get a panaramic view of Ensenada Bay, local mountains and the night lights of Ensenada. A sunken ship is in the bay for divers and a nearby area of the beach contains a natural hot springs where you can dig down and sit in your own spa.

Cozy enough for 2 but roomy enough for up to 6 people.

Relax with a cool drink on the deck in the evening, watch the awsome sunsets, view the lights of Ensenda, or star gaze.

Night life abounds at the world famous La Bufadora with great restaurants and shopping.
